Dealing with stomach troubles for two months can be tough, but the good news is that your tests are all clear! However, your ongoing pain and gas might still be caused by gastritis, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), or even anxiety. Gas buildup can make things uncomfortable, so it's a good idea to watch your diet—avoid gassy foods like beans, fizzy drinks, and dairy for now. Exercise can also help relieve gas discomfort. Don't forget to manage stress, as anxiety can worsen stomach issues. Try relaxation techniques like deep breathing and meditation. If these changes don't help, it's best to revisit your gastroenterologist.

i am a 23 year old male i’ve been feeling some kind of heaviness on the left side of my tummy for about 3 days now but it’s on and off. it doesn’t hurt at all but it feels heavy and a little uncomfortable. what should i do?
Male | 23
You may be experiencing indigestion, which can cause heaviness and pain in the stomach. This happens when your stomach has trouble digesting food. Common symptoms include a feeling of fullness and stomach bloating. To ease these symptoms, try eating smaller meals, avoid spicy or greasy foods, and stay upright after eating. If the symptoms persist, it's best to visit a gastroenterologist for further evaluation and advice.

Male | 32
Experiencing difficulties with bowel movements, along with discomfort from gas and bloating, is fairly common and can stem from various factors like diet, stress, or underlying health conditions. Incorporating more fiber-rich foods, staying hydrated, and engaging in regular physical activity can significantly help promote digestive health. Additionally, consider establishing a consistent routine for meals and bathroom visits. If symptoms persist or worsen, it’s advisable to consult a gastroenterologist. They can provide a thorough evaluation and tailored advice, ensuring you receive the appropriate care and support for your digestive wellness.

I have been facing abdominal pain from past 3 to 4 days . It usually goes away itself . Pain is mild but when i press my belly it hurts and this pain is move around the whole abdominal
Female | 22
The feeling of discomfort in the abdomen is normal. Small pains that shift their position may be caused by many things like gas, indigestion, or a little muscle strain. It is good news that the pain is going down without treatment, but if you have lasting and intense symptoms, it is better to go to a doctor. Observe a food diary and write down what you were doing when you first noticed you were on it. Being hydrated and using a heating pad might help you in getting better soon. Nonetheless, a healthcare provider should be your first option for a gasteroenterologist, especially if the pain gets worse or persists for longer than a week.

I have a question. My boyfriend took 15 multivitamin pills, he is 33 years old, 159cm, around 60-65 kgs. I think he took around 120 mg of iron which those pills had. It happened earlier today, He was nauses, had diarrhea that looked black and oily and sticky, his stomach hurt he went to the toilet like 5 times. He went to sleep assuring me he will be fine but im worried, could it be internal bleeding? He doesnt normally use vitamins, not sure but i dont think he has iron deficiency. it happened today. He takes adderrall, he didnt eat today, and he had about half a bottle of red wine. First he took 8 pills, then 4, then 3 all in the span of a few hours, i think his last was like 12 hours ago?
Male | 33
It appears that your boyfriend may have an upset stomach after consuming a large number of multivitamin tablets that contain iron. Black, icky, tar-like poop and abdominal tenderness are indicative of possibly internal bleeding. The situation could have been aggravated considering he ingested Adderall, skipped meals, and drank alcohol. He must seek immediate medical attention.

I've anal pain after and during bowel movement
Male | 20
Many people experience discomfort around their behind when using the restroom. This can result from pushing too forcefully, being constipated, or having a small tear in the skin by the back passage. Fiber helps make bowel movements easier. Drink water regularly and don't strain excessively. If the painful feeling lingers, consult a gastroenterologist to identify any underlying problems.

Constipation is a condition when you find it difficult to regularly to poop. It may be that your health conditions are the reason for it. Fiber-rich foods, such as fruits and vegetables, as well as plenty of water, are important. Additionally, try to incorporate some more physical activity into your daily routine, even a short walk can make a difference. Speak with your gastroenterologist to find other safe ways to control your constipation without using too much sodium picosulfate.

The sensation of a wound or ulcer in your stomach with low or high blood pressure and dizziness may be due to gastritis or an ulcer. These may result from stress, spicy foods, or certain medications. In this regard, eating bland and non-stressful foods and staying hydrated are recommended. If these symptoms continue, you should see a gastroenterologist for further evaluation and treatment.

I have pian in stomach and also have loose motion what can I do what type of medicine I have to deacribed
Female | 24
A stomach virus or something you’ve eaten could be causing these symptoms. Drink lots of fluids to keep yourself hydrated and eat plain foods such as rice and toast until you start to feel better. You can also take an over-the-counter medication like Imodium AD if necessary for relief from loose stools. It might help if you avoid spicy or fatty foods while resting. Make sure to visit a gastroenterologist if this doesn’t go away.

no, for now, I want to test the toilet because when I go to defecate, I collect dirty things like yellow phlegm. Now I don't know what the problem is and I also have diarrhea
Male | 34
It seems that you have the stomach flu. The yellow phlegm might be a result of the mucus from your stomach coming up while you are straining to pass stool. Also, diarrhea can be caused by a stomach bug. Staying hydrated is what you need to do by drinking plenty of water. Keep eating bland food until your body gets better like rice and toast. Rest and let your body have the time to heal. If symptoms do not resolve, go for medical assistance.

symptoms come and go, but are severe when they occur symptoms started three days ago and got worse today symtoms include severe presssure, cramping and tension around the belly button area and middle of the abdomen, swollen abdomen, minor tenderness and soreness, intense discomfort could these symptoms be caused by my changes in diet and stress levels? why do thy symptoms come and go?
Female | 20
The symptoms you're going through, namely tightness and cramps in the stomach, could be connected to changes in diet as well as stress levels. When stressed out, our body shows it mostly around the abdomen area. Symptoms coming and disappearing could be because of different levels of stress at different times and how the body handles various foods. Use some relaxation methods; keep a diary of what you eat so that you may know the foods that set off the symptoms.

Good evening doc. I'm a 21 year old girl suffering from s case of external pile. It doesn't itch or give me severe pain, only a slight one when I'm cleaning up after using the toilet. My stool isn't hard, but i had a slight case of diarrhea for 2 days so it prompted the pile to become external, because before it'll come out a little but still go back in. I've tried icing and also using sugar on it but it hasn't improved please i need your help. Thank you.
Female | 21
You are experiencing discomfort from external hemorrhoids, which can occur due to straining or changes in stool consistency. Since you're noticing slight pain, consistent hygiene, and avoiding irritation is essential. I recommend using over-the-counter creams designed for hemorrhoid relief, applying warm compresses, and maintaining a high-fiber diet to ease bowel movements. Staying hydrated can also help. If symptoms persist or worsen, please consider seeing a gastroenterologist for a thorough evaluation and tailored treatment.

I am 27 Yr old male I m feeling stomach burning from past 15 days
Male | 27
Stomach burning could be due to a couple of reasons. One might think that the burning sensation in the stomach is caused by hot foods or stress from being one of two but acid reflux can also be the reason. There are other symptoms present like bloating or chest pain. To overcome this, take only small meals and cut off spicy or acidic foods. Another thing, do not eat just before going to bed. If it is a serious condition, you could get a gastroenterologist's consultation.

My wife mildly bulky pancreas (at head in region) hai kiya kare
Female | 35
Your pancreas is bit puffy, more around the head part. Inflammation or fatty changes can cause this. It brings pain in your stomach, trouble digesting food, and weight going down. Eat healthy foods with little fat to help. Don't drink alcohol. Try to keep normal weight too. See a gastroenterologist regularly to check on this condition.

Hello! I have a problem with my stomach - constant bloating and nausea, sometimes blood in stool, there are times when i’m super bloated and it really hurts. I visited a gastroentrologist yesterday, he sent me for some tests and saw a 10 mm cyst on my ovary. Whatever I eat causes pain and nausea. I have an appointment with a gynaecologist this week.
Female | 25
Experiencing discomfort is tough. Bloating, nausea, blood in stool, and pain when eating – those symptoms can stem from various causes. A cyst pressing on your stomach may be the culprit. Consulting a gynecologist is wise. They have the expertise to pinpoint the issue and recommend suitable treatment.

I hv constant gases whole day and pain in my left side in stomach. M scared to visit doctors i hope i don't hv to do surgery or any painful process. What should I do.
Female | 26
You seem to have persistent tummy troubles. Frequent gas and aches on your left side could point to digestive problems. Your past amebiasis might be contributing too. Understandably, you want to avoid surgery. To feel better, try eating smaller portions, steering clear of spicy cuisine, and drinking plenty of fluids. But it's also wise to speak with a gastroenterologist about other potential remedies.

your alkaline phosphatase and bilirubin are slightly higher than normal. These levels could show liver or bone problems. It would be necessary that you see a gastroenterologist or a hepatologist to conduct further investigations and therapy.
