Dealing with stomach troubles for two months can be tough, but the good news is that your tests are all clear! However, your ongoing pain and gas might still be caused by gastritis, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), or even anxiety. Gas buildup can make things uncomfortable, so it's a good idea to watch your diet—avoid gassy foods like beans, fizzy drinks, and dairy for now. Exercise can also help relieve gas discomfort. Don't forget to manage stress, as anxiety can worsen stomach issues. Try relaxation techniques like deep breathing and meditation. If these changes don't help, it's best to revisit your gastroenterologist.

I have a question. My boyfriend took 15 multivitamin pills, he is 33 years old, 159cm, around 60-65 kgs. I think he took around 120 mg of iron which those pills had. It happened earlier today, He was nauses, had diarrhea that looked black and oily and sticky, his stomach hurt he went to the toilet like 5 times. He went to sleep assuring me he will be fine but im worried, could it be internal bleeding? He doesnt normally use vitamins, not sure but i dont think he has iron deficiency. it happened today. He takes adderrall, he didnt eat today, and he had about half a bottle of red wine. First he took 8 pills, then 4, then 3 all in the span of a few hours, i think his last was like 12 hours ago?

Male | 33

It appears that your boyfriend may have an upset stomach after consuming a large number of multivitamin tablets that contain iron. Black, icky, tar-like poop and abdominal tenderness are indicative of possibly internal bleeding. The situation could have been aggravated considering he ingested Adderall, skipped meals, and drank alcohol. He must seek immediate medical attention.

no, for now, I want to test the toilet because when I go to defecate, I collect dirty things like yellow phlegm. Now I don't know what the problem is and I also have diarrhea

Male | 34

It seems that you have the stomach flu. The yellow phlegm might be a result of the mucus from your stomach coming up while you are straining to pass stool. Also, diarrhea can be caused by a stomach bug. Staying hydrated is what you need to do by drinking plenty of water. Keep eating bland food until your body gets better like rice and toast. Rest and let your body have the time to heal. If symptoms do not resolve, go for medical assistance.

symptoms come and go, but are severe when they occur symptoms started three days ago and got worse today symtoms include severe presssure, cramping and tension around the belly button area and middle of the abdomen, swollen abdomen, minor tenderness and soreness, intense discomfort could these symptoms be caused by my changes in diet and stress levels? why do thy symptoms come and go?

Female | 20

The symptoms you're going through, namely tightness and cramps in the stomach, could be connected to changes in diet as well as stress levels. When stressed out, our body shows it mostly around the abdomen area. Symptoms coming and disappearing could be because of different levels of stress at different times and how the body handles various foods. Use some relaxation methods; keep a diary of what you eat so that you may know the foods that set off the symptoms.

Due to wartbin my genitals doctor asked to undergo HBS test and I got report with below value *Hepatitis B Surface Antibody (Anti HBs)* (Serum,CMIA) observed value 61 mIU/ml. Does that mean I am hepatitis b resistant and need not to worry?

Male | 35

The value of 61 mIU/ml for your HBs antibody is good! In other words, your body won with a hepatitis B virus infection. Hepatitis B is a virus that puts the liver at risk and may lead to yellowing of the skin, tiredness, and stomach pain. You are safe from the hepatitis B infection with your current value.

Hello doctor, My name is Ch Vamsi,im suffering from jaundice my bilirubin rate is 2.18mg/dl. My age is 21 and im from mylavaram

Male | 21

Jaundice makes your skin and eyes go yellow. Too much bilirubin in the blood causes it. Liver problems such as infections or blockages can be responsible for this. To get better from jaundice you need to take a lot of rest, eat healthy food, and stay away from alcohol. Drink plenty of water and follow the treatment recommended by your doctor.
