A stomach virus or something you’ve eaten could be causing these symptoms. Drink lots of fluids to keep yourself hydrated and eat plain foods such as rice and toast until you start to feel better. You can also take an over-the-counter medication like Imodium AD if necessary for relief from loose stools. It might help if you avoid spicy or fatty foods while resting. Make sure to visit a gastroenterologist if this doesn’t go away.

I am 22 years old boy...i was normal till last night but when I went to sleep I started feeling congestion in middle of my chest like some food is stuck there...even when I drink water it is going down slowly. I am feeling uncomfortable to sleep...but I don't have problem in eating ,drinking, or breathing. I did vomit by inserting finger in my throat but it didn't help much. And this is first time in my life I am feeling like this.
Male | 22
You might be dealing with acid reflux. Reflux of stomach acid can travel upwards and reach your esophagus. Thus, you can feel the food stuck in your chest. This can happen, in particular, when lying down. First of all, you should try to sleep with your head raised up a little. Secondly, it would be a good idea not to drink and eat within the same time frame before going to sleep. If these symptoms last, then it is advisable to consult a gastroenterologist.
