You could be having a urinary tract infection as a result of a bubbly pee effect and an allergic reaction where your body is itching all over. The piles too might be a reason for some pain. Drinking plenty of water to water down the infection then using creams for anti-itch to your skin. To relieve the piles, try including fiber in your diet, and do not cut the effort when you go to the bathroom. If the symptoms are persistent or worsen, you should visit a gastroenterologist.

I am 24 years old, i have symptoms of severe stomach pain, bloating, blood in stool sometimes, none in the last days, dierrhea, whatever i eat causes pain, I went to a gastroentrologist, he sent me for some tests, the results are helicobacter pylori - 0.19, calprotectin - 8.2 and no blood in stool. What could that be? I have an appointment with a gynecologist the next week.

I have a question. My boyfriend took 15 multivitamin pills, he is 33 years old, 159cm, around 60-65 kgs. I think he took around 120 mg of iron which those pills had. It happened earlier today, He was nauses, had diarrhea that looked black and oily and sticky, his stomach hurt he went to the toilet like 5 times. I am currently getting pain in my rectum along with difficulty passing stools. I have gone to the toilet and passed stools successfully over the last 48 hours but my rectum feels tight and unable to pass stool straight away after a bowel movement.
