You might be suffering from irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). This condition leads to bloating and diarrhea after meals. Foods that are fatty, contain dairy products or gluten may set it off. Try to stay away from these kinds of foods. When you are stressed out it can also make the situation worse so take it easy on yourself and do some light exercises like walking. Drinking lots of water will help with loose stool relief too.  I would recommend going to see a gastroenterologist who can provide further evaluation & treatment options.

Albendazole is a common treatment, yet sometimes it falls short. If you still see worms after taking it, don't be afraid. Doctors might suggest a different medication or extend the treatment duration.

I am 19 years old … I see blood in my stool … started 2020 I took enterogermina 2020,then December 2021 took tinizol and doxycycline 2021 and I was given Clarthrime and Bonso pile tablet January 2024 but a doctor changed it and told me to take ciprotab instead but today I happened to see blood again I am constipated , I take milk a lot , and I always have bad cramps so I take ibuprofen every month but not more than 2 a month

Female | 19

I recommend seeking medical attention from a gastroenterologist to properly evaluate the cause of the bleeding and develop a treatment plan. Not recommended to self-treat without consulting a doctor, as this can lead to antibiotic resistance and may not address the issue. Additionally taking ibuprofen frequently for menstrual cramps can also lead to gastrointestinal problems.

Hi. I'm a 19 year old female and I have been having problems with my indigestion system as a whole for a long time now. It started with having really bad heart burns along with my burp tasting yeast like I started having piles that became worse over time, bleeding really bad then I had to watch what I eat so they don't become worse. I still have them but they don't bleed anymore, just sometimes depending on what I ate or other factors. Then ever morning when I wake up I have this burning sensation in my stomach, everyday, it's hurts very much, then I have it through out the day sometimes, making it uncomfortable for me. Then lately my stomach has been painful, burning, there's just a lot going on. I have been using Eno but the difference isn't that much, my stomach just burns and hurts. Im wondering if Ulcerative Colitis can affect a man's sexual ability causing ED. Either that or is it possible for UC to cause low testosterone? Is this possible without me taking any medications?

Male | 28

A situation that inflames the colon, ulcerative colitis, can result in symptoms such as abdominal pain, diarrhea, and fatigue. Even though inflammation and stress brought on by UC do not cause directly erectile dysfunction (ED) or low testosterone; they can have an impact on sexual health. The best way forward is to treat UC effectively while also finding ways of reducing stress.

I’m doing minimum of 7 bowel movements a day because of my chons disease it severely affects my day to day life do you think I should start wearing adult diapers?

Male | 19

It is better to see a gastroenterologist who is an expert in the treatment of Crohn's disease for a consultation. Frequent bowel movement is a common symptom of this condition and there are several treatment options available. Adult diapers is not permanent solution

My dad response and reaction had come slow after he had alcohol a week back ...He was fine and very active until then. He used to alcoholic in the past and was ordered not to have alcohol anymore. We have consulted him in Manglore hospital and currently we are giving these tablets...he is improving but very gradually. I feel he is lacking many of the nutrients due to which this is happening.Could you please check. Urosocol 150 Evion 450 Sompraz 40 Cardivas 3.125 Laslilactone 50

Male | 64

It appears that after consuming alcohol, your father may have difficulty reacting and responding too slowly. This could be because his drinking depletes nutrients from his body. Although the pills can help, it is essential for him to also take a lot of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains which are full of vitamins and minerals that promote recovery.

What causes pain in the left iliac side and having black faeces with pus

Female | 17

This could potentially indicate a serious condition that requires immediate medical attention. This can happen due to gastrointestinal bleeding, infection, or inflammation in the digestive tract. It's better not to delay and get the right treatment asap.
