Should I seek medical help for fever and cough?
I am having fever and cough for about 30 hours, I am taking paracetamol, I am feeling relief for 4-5 hours, then I am waking up like this, and I am also coughing.

Answered on 18th Sept '24
It could be a respiratory infection that is giving you a fever and cough. Such infections can be due to viruses and bacteria. Paracetamol can reduce your fever usefully, while coughing is your airways' way of trying to clean themselves. Encourage your body to be healthy by drinking lots of fluids and getting enough sleep. If the last couple of days haven't been the best for you and you feel even worse than before, then it is time to consult a pulmonologist.

Can have slight throat aches too that happen from time to time but don’t stay for long or stay for a short period of time Been prescribed magnesium but never really helped Was prescribed antidepressants too but i doubt it would help Took a course of pills and stopped This thing is affecting my everyday life and i would really be thankful if someone helps me solve this thank you

What you have described, such as breathing difficulties, heart pain, mouth ulcers, feeling sick, fatigue, and throat aches might be a condition like anxiety, stress, or vitamin deficiencies. It's great that your ECG and CT scan showed no issues. Healthy lifestyle choices are great but they can also help to ease the symptoms of stress, maintain a balanced diet, stay hydrated, and sleep enough. If the symptoms persist, visit a pulmonologist.

My uncle had a stiffness in left side so dr suggested echo ecg . The report is normal. Then we do xray of lung . It shows a bubble in left lung . Then we do tb test and cect . Tb test is Negative. Cect shows air filled cavity . Is it cancer????
Male | 50
The bubble in the left lung can be due to a thing called "pneumothorax," that is similar to having a lung outside the body. It is not usually cancer but can promote chest pain and shortness of breath. The treatment can be either observing it with the use of a tiny tube to remove the trapped air or in some cases surgery. Along with necessary follow-ups, it is also crucial to consult with a pulmonologist to determine the best course of action.

Be sure to drink a lot of water and juice. And rest as much as you can. Use a humidifier too. It puts water in the air so your throat does not get dry.
