If you're suffering from mild gastritis and prescribed medication for four weeks, it's important to follow a bland diet. Avoid spicy, oily foods, and opt for easily digestible meals like khichdi, yogurt, and boiled vegetables. Consult a gastroenterologist for personalized dietary advice and monitor your symptoms closely during this period.

what csn i take for a bubbly, gassy, gurgling stomach
Female | 17
Your rumbling tummy means gas is trapped inside. You may have eaten too quickly or gulped air while drinking. Certain foods like beans and veggies can cause this too. Go slowly when eating, skip fizzy drinks, and sip peppermint tea. A brief walk might help the gas pass through.

i have been experiencing pain in right side of chest from several days and i am feeling it incresed in last few days but i am also increasingly burping from last few days and as i burp out few times i feel relived in pain how is it related ? and do i have any heart issue?
Male | 19
You might be suffering from a problem called acid reflux. This is the situation when the acid in the stomach comes back to the esophagus and causes chest pain. Belching is maybe a physical way for your body to relieve itself from a bad condition. On the other hand, heart problems have different symptoms such as chest feeling narrow and shortness of breath. Besides that, you can eat small portions of food and stay away from hot and fatty foods. If the pain persists, go to a gastroenterologist for a correct diagnosis.

I am 24 year old women and have abdominal pain for last 1 week, I have used pain relief medicines, now I have used homeopathy medicine for couple of days but haven't got any relief, what should I do?
Female | 24
Continuous pain is something that must be closely on the lookout. The problem may be caused by various reasons such as stomach issues, infections, or even conditions related to your reproductive organs. The fact that the homeopathy you have tried, and pain relievers did not work is another reason you need to see a gastroenterologist. They can actually check on you and come up with the most suitable treatment for relief and the root cause of the pain will be dealt with.

I have been having discomfort in my right lower abdomen for 3 weeks. When it started, I woke up with abdominal pain and went to breakfast, but during it I could barely keep from throwing up. All that day I felt a little nauseous and my stomach hurt on sudden movements (also my stomach made noises). The next day the pain became more constant and intensified. I could not straighten up without pain in my lower abdomen. That day I went to the doctor with a suspicion of appendicitis. I was palpated, but was told that it was not clear exactly and told to come back the next day. The next day the pain was less, the doctor palpated me again and I had an ultrasound. The ultrasound showed that I had an enlarged kidney bowl and lymph nodes. I was admitted to the hospital but did not know which department (first they wanted to put me in urology but in the end they put me in the infectious diseases department for some reason). Also, the blood tests when I first came to the hospital had elevated white blood cells. I was discharged after 2 days and have been home for 3 weeks now (I have been on a diet and drinking 1.5 litres of water a day not counting tea) but the discomfort in my right lower abdomen sometimes returns
Male | 14
Your symptoms could be caused by various factors. Although appendicitis was initially suspected, your diagnosis seems unclear. The enlarged kidney and lymph nodes seen in the ultrasound could suggest urinary or infection-related issues. With your ongoing discomfort, it's advisable to follow up with your gastroenterologist for further evaluation.

I am 49 I am getting stomach pain because of eating nuts
Male | 49
This might be a condition called gastritis. The nuts you eat can irritate your stomach lining and cause you discomfort. Typical signs of gastritis are pain in the upper abdomen, bloating, and nausea. To ease the pain, try avoiding nuts for a while and eating easily digestible foods like bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast. In addition, water intake can also be soothing. If the pain continues, it would be better to consult a gastroenterologist.

Blooding When i go washroom
Other | 25
If you spot blood in the toilet bowl after urinating, it could indicate a problem. It might be as simple as a small scrape in your urinary tract, or it could be a result of an infection or potentially something more serious like a kidney stone. If this occurs more than once, you should tell a gastroenterologist so they can find out what is happening and how to fix it.

I have anal fissures, using anasol it doesn't bleed anymore but can u prescribe any oral medication
Female | 35
It is a positive step that the bleeding has stopped with Anasol, but let us find an oral medication for your anal fissures. These are the reasons which cause it when the skin around your bottom tears. It can lead to pain and bleeding when you poo. To help them heal, you can take stool softeners like psyllium husk or docusate sodium. These can cause going to the bathroom to be quicker and less painful. Besides, you should drink a lot of water too.

I am 18 yeras old.. I actually ate cheetos but the packet was kept open for 2 days in the cupboard..
Female | 18
If you have eaten Cheetos from a bag open for 2 days, you might get a sore stomach, feel sick, or have diarrhea. The reason for this is that when food is left out it gets covered in bacteria. The best way to help yourself is by drinking plenty of fluids such as water or squash eating plain things like toast and rice then resting If your condition deteriorates, visit a gastroenterologist.

i am having black hard stool after every two days ..and it causes pain in my anal area
Female | 26
When you're having trouble pooping, it could be constipation. Your poop is dark and dry. Pooping is painful. This happens if your poop is moving too slowly through your body. You may not be drinking enough liquid. Or eating enough fiber. Drink more water. Eat fruits and veggies to help soften your poop. Talk to a gastroenterologist if this problem continues after trying to fix it yourself.

Was having mild stinginess in my throat in january and was prescribed rabeloc for 1 month followed by esomeprazole for another month. After the completion of my dose my throat was fine and the medication stopped. But in 1 week I was having a severe stabbing chest pain stomach pain . Is it because I stopped the medication or something else. As before starting the medication I never had this issue.
Female | 25
Abruptly discontinuing the medication could trigger your symptoms return. Stomach discomfort and chest pain are potential side effects when stopping acid-reducing medicines too quickly. Gradually tapering off these drugs is crucial to avoid such complications. Consult a gastroenterologist to discuss the symptoms you're experiencing and receive proper guidance on managing them effectively.
