Phimosis is a medical term that one uses when describing a condition where the foreskin is so tight that it can't be drawn back. It is possible that it can result in pain or it can be difficult to urinate. There is a wide range of treatment options for this condition, but using a steroid ointment advised by a physician is one of the most effective ones. Follow the doctor's insistence if you want to use this cream. The final option will be the operation if the cream therapy doesn't work out. You should have a conversation with a urologist about this.

Male | 48
Something might be amiss with your testicles. The blue hue and throbbing ache could mean poor blood circulation. The lump may signal a varicocele, an enlarged vein. Such a condition can sometimes lead to erectile troubles. Seeking medical attention is crucial; a urologist can prescribe treatments to alleviate your discomfort.

Hi, I’m 15 years old, and I’ve been having some discomfort in my left testicle. It feels a bit bigger than the right one, and it seems to move around more in my scrotum. I don’t feel any lumps, but it feels like there might be some swelling. I’m not sure if this is normal or something I should be worried about. The other day after sleeping to the side with my pillow between my legs i woke up to my left testicle being very hard, probably because it was crushed a bit during the sleep as it moves and pushes to the scrotum wall next to the penis. I didn’t experience pain urinating I’ve noticed it for a few days now. It doesn’t hurt all the time, but it’s a bit uncomfortable, especially when I’m moving around or if my legs are close together. There’s no pain in my abdomen, and I don’t think there have been any major changes, but I’m just not sure.
Male | 15
You might be having an ailment called hydrocele which is when there is a fluid build-up around the testicle and it gets to be swollen. This could result in one of the testicles feeling bigger than the other and being able to move around more freely. The way you sleep creates pressure on the testicle may be why the discomfort is worse. It's crucial to have a check-up with a urologist to be sure and get the right treatment.

Oky I am 20 years old, and am currently experiencing some greenish discharge from my penis and a little burning when urinating. Kindly prescribe a medicine to deal with this
Male | 20
You are likely suffering from a urinary tract infection, which can lead to a greenish discharge from your penis and a burning sensation when you urinate. You could try attempting to use the antibiotics ciprofloxacin to treat the infection. Be sure to drink enough water and take it easy. Medication should be taken until the end even if the patient starts to feel better. If your symptoms persist, it is advisable to visit a urologist to obtain the correct prescription.

I have lumps and bumps kn my penis
Male | 16
It is crucial to watch out for little hard spots and soft bulges on your penis. There may be different reasons for this; such as infected follicles from the growth of hair, cysts, or sexually transmitted infections. If the size, color, or pain of the lump has altered, you should quickly go ahead and seek a urologist. Follow good hygiene and avoid using protection during intercourse so that other causative factors which can be less common can be prevented as well.

Your situation may involve nonobstructive azoospermia. This condition prevents sperm production in the testicles. You might experience difficulty conceiving children. Hormonal issues could also arise. To address this challenge, doctors will evaluate you thoroughly. Treatments like hormone therapy or reproductive assistance may help.

You seem to have symptoms that may be consistent with a urinary tract infection. While trying to mimic peeing, your leg throbs less, which signifies emptying your bladder. Finally, the joint discomfort and the itching are classic symptoms of urinary tract infections. Make sure to drink plenty of water and empty your bladder whenever you feel the urge. If the symptoms don't improve, consult a urologist.
