It's common TO have mixed feelings AFTER an abortion.. You're not alone.. Physical recovery can take a few weeks.. TAKE it easy, avoid sex, and limit exercise.. Expect bleeding AND cramping.. IF it's severe, see a doctor.. Emotionally, it's okay TO feel sadness or relief.. TALK TO a psychiatrist.
