Why am I bleeding and experiencing pain after sex?
Mam I had sex before 5days now mam I am facing bleeding and also pain what it mean while doing exercise in morning I sit in a toilet posture also

Bleeding and pain after sex can occur for many reasons. There may be a small tear in the skin or an infection. When you exercise, there may be more bleeding because of added pressure. It is important to rest until you start feeling better and avoid making sudden movements. If the bleeding and pain persist, you should see a gynecologist.
