Stomach pain and bleeding clots are side effects that occur regularly after taking a contraceptive pill. Though the drug prevents pregnancy, these symptoms may develop. You might continue the bleeding for a few days. To recoup, get enough sleep for rest, stay hydrated, and eat vegetables. If there is too much bleeding or it lasts for a long time, visit a gynecologist to give expert advice.
