Implantation bleeding or early period confusion?
I had my Feb periods on 7th and after that I had an intercourse on 24th Feb...for my March periods it should date on 5th which is usually 2-3 days before from the last periods cycle. But on 6th March I am feeling cramp since morning and little red or brownish bleeding. I am confused of it is implantation bleeding or my regular periods

You may have implantation bleeding. This light spotting occurs when a fertilized egg attaches itself to the uterus lining. Mild cramps can accompany it too. However, it might be your period starting as well. Pay close attention to the flow and intensity. If bleeding becomes heavier like a normal period, then it probably isn't implantation. Every person's cycle is unique though.

Uterus is elongated bulky.there are ill defined hyper echoic lesions with Sunray shadowing measuring 2.6 into 1.7 CM in the anterior wall of body region and 2.4 into 1.6 CM in the posterior wall of body region. Endometrial thickness is 9.5 mm. No uterine fibroids. No free fluid is seen in the pouch of Douglas. Cervix appears thickened measuring 3.5 CM. Multiple nabothian cysts or seen in the cervix. Right overy shows a follicular cyst measuring 2 into 1.2 CM leftover shows follicular cyst measuring 2.4 into 1.9 CM
