Menstrual Irregularity After Taking Emergency Contraceptive Pill
I had my periods on 2 Feb and took ipill on 17 Feb after protected sex , just to be on safe side . On 29 February, I noticed some bleeding, mostly blood clots with cramps . What does this mean ?

When you take an emergency pill, bleeding or spotting can happen. This is normal. The bleeding with clots and cramps on February 29th could be from the pill. These symptoms are usually not dangerous but may change your period timing. Be good to yourself. Rest and drink lots of water. If bleeding continues heavily, talk to a gynecologist.
