Could my irregular periods be due to low hemoglobin?
I had my Periods on 25th March 2024 and Missed my periods on 25th april , had an unprotected intercourse on 30th April, and since then doing every possible thing to get periods like exercise and home remedies i had my exams in may so sleep was disturbed i tested on 20th may, 28th may 5th june 12th june all 4 tests were negative, still no periods. I left my gym on 12th april and have irregular periods but past 9 months were regular since i joined gym otherwise once year it used to get skipped. I had no symptoms of pregnancy till now just not able to sleep till 2 at night and tired all day sleepy and my haemoglobin level remains low like around 10 11 12. I experienced sticky white vaginal discharge too after 25th may and in june too but it was not in excess amount. Doctor what should i do now its 80 days late ?

Then, on January 28 I did unprotected sex and took emergency contraception on the next day. On February 6 I got my period and it lasted for 4 days but it was lighter. I missed my period on March. I had protected sex on 12th January, in which condoms were used and my partner pulled out at the time of ejaculation. What are the chances I might be pregnant? Should I take a test? Am I just late? History of medical conditions: I have had irregular periods, i.e., a few days late in the past, and my cycles sometimes extended to 39 days. However, this is the longest cycle, and my last two periods have been shorter than usual ( 4 days instead of my usual 5 days). I had intercourse on 12th January with a barrier (condoms) and my partner pulled out at the time of ejaculation. Previous history of current medical complaint: My periods used to be irregular, I have recently gained weight, and I suffer from facial hair growth, etc. I also have taken Plan B pills on 2 separate occasions in the last year. My longest cycle was 39 days, and periods came a couple days after the predicted date. However, this is the longest delay I've experienced in the past.
