Considering that you’ve already undergone creams and syrups without any use, it’s necessary to take into account other alternatives. This white spot can be due to several causes such as a non-dangerous cyst, a fungal infection, or a condition named leukoplakia. Although it is not itching and painless, we would still recommend you to visit a healthcare provider for a correct diagnosis. They may propose a biopsy for the identification of the cause and the best treatment plans for you. Don't forget that a stitch in time saves nine!

What medication can I take to cure the infection (itchy rashes on my private part and yansh)?

Male | 20

A rash affecting your intimate areas may indicate a yeast or bacterial infection. This condition is widespread, so there's no need for embarrassment. For treatment, a doctor could recommend an antifungal cream or antibiotic ointment. Maintain cleanliness and dryness in the affected region. Wear loose-fitting garments. Refrain from scratching to expedite healing.

Hi sir, My self prashanth faceing problem fungal infection leg last finger getting tomuch of pain

Male | 37

Hi Prashant. Fungal infection of toe nail is a common in people who are in professions where there feet remain moist or have to wear shoes for long period of time. You need to keep your feet dry. Change socks twice a day. Use powder on feet before putting on socks.

For the fungal infection already there You need a long course of around 6 months of antifungal ointment.  As u are having too much pain there may be superinfection by a bacteria. You would also need to use a topical antibiotic ointment for 7-10 days.

Hello I am Jawed, I am 32 years old, height is 170cm and weight is 60 KG. I had acne on my face 10 to 11 years ago, at that time I visited a doctor and they prescribed Betamethasone Injection and it was injecting in every acne on my face separately, the effects was so fast because the acne disappeared after two to three hours after injection. This treatment co tinues 2 months, one every week with that doctor, as the effects were temporary for individual acnes on face and as well the effect was fast, after that I became addicted to it and I was injecting this particular injection to my face myself and it goes for maybe more then 6 months and then I stopped it, about 2 to 3 months later after stopping it some side effects apeared to my skin, my skin (different areas such as face-lips, eyes, hands-shoulders, legs-tighs, neck, under arms, even the private parts) become puffy, itchy, red when I wake up from sleep, and ut continues for 3 to 4 hours and then disappears, this problem is from more then 9 years sometimes it disappears for months and sometimes it comes back, whenever I take anti-allergic tablets such as cetrizine it is all ok and when I stop taking it, it appears again, simetimes the effects are so strong mean specially when it take my eysles the puffy eyes are so heavy and it become normal after 24 to 36 hours. I didn't notice any particular thing that I am allergic to that in these 9 years. I will be very greatful if your advice helps me from this bad situation. King Regards

I am 28 year female.i have ithyosis vulgaris which is very itchy and dry skin is present.what can I do?

Female | 28

You might have a condition called ichthyosis vulgaris, where the skin becomes dry and itchy because it doesn't shed properly. To manage this, it's important to keep your skin moisturized with non-irritating, fragrance-free lotions. Taking warm, not hot, showers with mild soap can also help. Don’t forget to drink plenty of water, as it helps nourish your skin from the inside.

Good day, I want to consult you regarding a congenital nevus and a female child aged 7.5 years. The nevus is visible at the back of the back, measuring 2-2.5cm vertically and 1-1.5cm horizontally. Is it safe to remove the nevus, is it possible to remove it completely, without leaving any cell that would continue to grow and become malignant. Is it safe in the sense that there is no risk of turning into melanoma if it is split? Thank you in advance for asking, Nice day

Female | 7

A birthmark that grows is called congenital nevus. Most are harmless, but removal could help if it bothers your child or risks becoming melanoma (cancer). Talk to a dermatologist. If removal is best, they'll do it carefully to minimize any left cells that could maybe become cancerous. Watch for changes. Follow the doctor's advice.

I have recurrent canker sores for the past 6 months, taken antibiotics and oral care but it keep coming. Please what could be the cause

Male | 34

The pesky thing is recurrent canker sores. They are small, shallow sores in your mouth. A stressor, weakness of the immune system, and certain foods can provoke them. Genetic predisposition may also be a reason why some folks are more prone to having them. To reduce pain, use over-the-counter ointments or gels that are intended for canker sores. Also, try to sail through stress and eat a healthy diet.
