Some of the primary culprit are eating beyond the limit and eating hot food items. Sometimes a tummy bug could also cause this. For a bit of relief, you can begin by employing a food approach: small portions of light stuff only. Intake of water should be raised; equally, avoid spices as much as possible and do not go anywhere close to fatty foods too. See a gastroenterologist possible time so that further assessment will be done.

Hi sorry.i suffer with gas /h pylori.i have been having chest pain all week not sharp .I drink alot of water and burps.at night my left arm and lower leg at times feel norm. Sometimes I get head aches to the back of my head. Sometime stiffness in my lower neck
Female | 45
Being in a situation with gas and H. pylori could be very tough for you. The chest pain, burping, arms and legs sensations, headaches, and stiffness of the neck may be due to this. Sometimes, gas may cause chest discomfort and it may spread to the other parts of the body. Water drinking is good! Treatment can include medication to reduce the acid and antibiotics to fight with H. pylori. Rest, eat small meals, and try to stay away from spicy foods.

Hello doctor good morning, I'm Rajesh Kumar from West Bengal. Doctor I'm suffering from piles during 15 days I use medicine with help of doctor consultation. I feel very pain on anus area. I nothing understood what I do. At the anus area only pain happened not bleeding aa another thing.
Male | 26
It appears that you are suffering from pain in the anus area. This can be a common sign of piles, also known as hemorrhoids. Piles can be the reason for unpleasant sensations and pain, particularly when passing stool. The main reason for piles is the raised pressure in the blood vessels near the anus. To help with the pain, you can first, soak in hot water baths, apply over-the-counter creams, and, eat high-fiber foods to prevent straining while passing stool. If the pain continues or gets worse, it's time to talk with a gastroenterologist about other treatment options.

Recently I done my gall bladder operation after that I'm suffering from weird water thaili & that can't stop yet doctor said I used to stent for it what should I do know I'm very confused please guide me
Male | 64
This may be bile duct stenosis where your bile duct gets narrowed. When this happens, it can block up and cause those symptoms you’re feeling. The kind of stent the doctor was talking about is a tiny tube placed in there to keep that passage open. You must follow everything he says about this and any other treatments they give you. Keep in touch with your doctor so that they can help manage things properly for you.

Sir I have constipation and sound comes from my intestine and I have regular neck pain and gastric issue
Male | 34
Feeling stopped up where poop won't come out easily is called constipation. That gurgling noise is likely gas traveling in your intestines. Neck pain and stomach troubles sometimes happen due to stress or eating unhealthy foods. Drinking lots of water, eating fresh produce, and moving around can help you poop better. To ease neck pain, try relaxing. Cutting greasy, spicy foods may relieve stomach issues.

I am a 46 year old female. 76 kgs. I have some severe acidity gastritis issues. I have been taking Nebicard 5 for the past 3 months for high BP. Still I get some pain in both sides of upper chest some times of the day. It goes away after some time. Any cause for worry about heart diseases?
Female | 46
It's appears to be symptoms of GERD to me, but we need to rule out heart problem first by doing ECG and ECHO and getting a cardiologist opinion. If there's no cardiac element, then gastric evaluation is needed. For cardiologists you can refer this page - Cardiologist in India.

Dehiscence stomach wound almost closed but bleeding a little is that ok, wearing eakin wound pouch
Female | 52
The stomach wound seems unhealed, and some bleeding persists. The reason is that the wound hasn't fully closed. It's good that you are using a wound pouch. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry, and apply gentle pressure to stop the bleeding. If the bleeding continues, contact your gastroenterologist.

Iam 19 years old, male,I have gas leaking from my anus and it ruins my relationships, I have H-Pylori and I have duodenum inflammation. So I need help to get rid of this leakage.
Male | 19
You may have a problem known as anal incontinence. This term refers to the inability to control your bowel movements or flatulence. This issue may be connected with your H-Pylori and inflammation in the duodenum. When the muscles in the anus become slack due to digestive disorders, an individual may experience involuntary passage of wind. To control this complication, it is recommended that you eat a balanced diet containing fiber as well as avoid foods that can trigger it. You can also do pelvic floor exercises which will help in strengthening these muscles. Don’t forget to keep seeing your doctor concerning H-Pylori and duodenum inflammation because treating them can also relieve the signs.

According to the signs you’ve mentioned, it seems that you might’ve overdosed on some drugs particularly paracetamol which can harm the liver. The weight loss along with persistent symptoms such as nausea, abdominal pain, and fatigue is worrying. You should see a hepatologist immediately so that your liver function can be checked.

Treatment of recurrent intussusception in the roux of a roux-en-Y in a 33 years old female, 2.5 years after gastric bypass, causing severe abdominal pain and melena.
Female | 33
One section of the intestine can slide inside another part, similar to a closing telescope. Severe pain and bleeding from bowel movement happens with this condition. It rarely happens in grown-ups, except after weight-loss surgery. Timely medical help from a gastroenterologist can prevent major complications happening from delaying treatment.

been under investigation for upper left sided stomach and chest pain for about 2 years now. The pain usually comes during strenuous activity causing me to stop what I’m doing. I had a hiatus hernia which recently got repaired by surgery to stop the acid reflux but doctors did not think that this would stop the pain I was getting which it hasn’t! I’ve had CT scans which have supposedly been normal, an ultra sound which shown an enlarged spleen and an hematoma on the spleen. (Doctors don’t seem concerned by this) Bloods are also fairly normal as been told nothing stands out. Not sure what causes this pain as it’s interfering with every day life
Male | 25
You've been through a lot with this ongoing pain, especially after having surgery for a hiatus hernia. Since the CT scans and ultrasounds have shown an enlarged spleen and hematoma, it's important to follow up with a gastroenterologist or a hematologist. They can help you understand whether these findings could be related to your pain and guide you toward the right treatment.
