I am a 46 year old female. 76 kgs. I have some severe acidity gastritis issues. I have been taking Nebicard 5 for the past 3 months for high BP. Still I get some pain in both sides of upper chest some times of the day. It goes away after some time. Any cause for worry about heart diseases?

It's appears to be symptoms of GERD to me, but we need to rule out heart problem first by doing ECG and ECHO and getting a cardiologist opinion. If there's no cardiac element, then gastric evaluation is needed. For cardiologists you can refer this page - Cardiologist in India.

Hii I am an 18 year old male. I had an endoscopy 2 months ago which showed H.Pylori gastritis. My doc has prescribed me esomeprazole, antacids and rebamipide for 15 days. Is there any particular way I have to take these meds? Any possible interaction between the antacid and rebamipide?? My doc has not instructed me properly.
Male | 18
Esoprazole need to take before food.
Antacid need to take after food.
Rebamipide need to take after food.
As you have H pylori gastritis, therefore you need to take HP kit for at least 15 days.

I had a gastric bypassand have both stomachs. Since then I have kept off the 220 lbs, but have had malabsorption, anemia, Iron defecencies ( needing several infusions over the years) I take cholesterol and B12 injections monthly. I can't do straight milk and have been using lactose milk for years. I have had kidney issues( stage3rd 3) IPMN, bleeding ulsers and other issues. The main thing is this nagging pain on my upper left side that they can never discover the cause and then brush off when tests come back neg. Recently had an MRI that showed a narrowing in my bile duct,( which has come up in past cat scans and Previous MRI) and they brush off and say it's stable... The pain mood swings, non sleep bowel change, weight up and down, non sleep and list can go on without mentioning my lab numbers.iwas scheduled for an EUC/ECRP then he canceled it as" he realized I was a gastric patient.. The pain is there and I am at a loss.. Something is wrong, I don't want anything serious to happen to me as I have a9 yr old to raise I'm only 60 What should I do?? Help me

Pain in theth a side and fever
Male | 59
You're having chest pain on one side along with a fever. Pneumonia or muscle strain is one of the causes. The most important thing is to take it easy, drink lots of fluids, and take some over-the-counter medications such as acetaminophen. If the pain and fever continue to worsen, see a gastroenterologist.

My nme is kunti my age from 42 yesars tow day start from vomting
Female | 42
If you suddenly feel nauseous, there are several reasons for this. It could be that what you ate doesn’t sit well with your stomach, you have a stomach bug or it’s due to stress. Take small sips of water often not to become dehydrated and try eating plain things such as crackers or toast. See a gastroenterologist immediately if vomiting continues.

Treatment of recurrent intussusception in the roux of a roux-en-Y in a 33 years old female, 2.5 years after gastric bypass, causing severe abdominal pain and melena.
Female | 33
One section of the intestine can slide inside another part, similar to a closing telescope. Severe pain and bleeding from bowel movement happens with this condition. It rarely happens in grown-ups, except after weight-loss surgery. Timely medical help from a gastroenterologist can prevent major complications happening from delaying treatment.

When saftypin stay my stomch since 2 years what happened
Male | 22
You have something in your stomach called a "safety pin stay," which isn't normal. This can cause pain, discomfort, or a strange feeling in your belly. You might have accidentally swallowed a safety pin or something similar. It's important to see a gastroenterologist, who will likely suggest an X-ray and possibly a procedure to safely remove the object, preventing any further issues.

I am a 18 year old female who is experiencing chest tightness since last night. I drank omeprazole earlier but its still here. When I lay on my side the chest tightness will get worse but when I lay in my back the chest tightness will get better. Is it acid reflux?
Female | 18
It sounds like you might be experiencing acid reflux. This happens when stomach acid flows back into the esophagus, causing chest discomfort. Lying on your side can make this worse because it allows the acid to move up more easily. To help with this, try avoiding spicy or acidic foods, eat smaller meals, and stay upright after eating. You can also elevate the head of your bed while sleeping to keep the acid down. If these tips don't improve your symptoms, it's best to see a gastroenterologist for further evaluation.

I am Piyush and have liver pain and gastric problem with digestion issues last 6 month but gastric problem is last 5 year so I an taking pantop dsr too long time but now done my liver Kidney Function Test so please see my report and suggest medicine urgent basis
Male | 36
The liver function test is necessary for your treatment and you will know what might be wrong. Your stomach problem’s pain could be related to the liver as well. However, just Pantop DSR may not be sufficient for you. In this regard, you need to correct your diet by not eating oil or fat. If present, your doctor may approve additional tests or variants of medications that treat both the liver and the stomach.

I’m 21 y.o male I have something like bit big bump under my stomach when it’s under touch or pressure hurts badly
Male | 21
You may have a hernia. If it’s painful, avoid heavy lifting and see a gastroenterologist. When you strain or lift something heavy, a part of your insides is pushed out through a weak spot in your muscles. This could be the cause of the lump under the skin in your lower abdomen. Surgery might be necessary if the pain is severe.

You may be suffering from indigestion. It may also bring forth nausea and stomach ache. This condition occurs due to an upset stomach and overeating or consuming too spicy dishes. To remedy this, eat small meals slowly, avoid spicy foods, and refrain from lying down right after eating. You might also find that drinking ginger tea soothes your stomach.

I was a mild stinging in my throat and was prescribed rabeloc rd for 1 month followed by esomeprazole for another month. After the course of the medication I was free from the symptoms but then I started having a terrible chest pain heartburn stomach ache one week after I stopped the ppi.
Female | 24
You might feel chest pain, heartburn, and stomach ache. It could be acid rebound. Your body makes more acid when you stop taking PPIs fast. This causes symptoms like heartburn and stomach pain. To help, eat smaller meals. Avoid foods that trigger it. Use antacids if needed. But talk to a gastroenterologist before changing anything.
