You might be suffering from a yeast infection. Along with swimming pools, warm and humid places can be the ideal environment for yeast to develop. Some of the symptoms are itching and irritation. Avoid clothing that is too tight and scented products. Put on cotton underwear. You can take a shortcut, which is an over-the-counter yeast infection cream. If it is not better, it's the right time to seek advice from a gynecologist.

My name is Precious I have a concern about some things i have been experiencing lately they're pregnancy like symptoms i took 2 tests last month but they were negative Lately there are days i feel sooo tired, sleepy during the day But most of it's is spotting which is on and off today i experienced back ache which was mild and it stopped didn't even notice

Depending on the kind of symptoms you are describing, you must see a Gynecologist to have an appropriate diagnosis. Tiredness, dimwit, spotting, or even backache could be related to some hormonal imbalance and other reproductive health problems.

Hey doctor, I really need immediate help from you .. just a question.. I got my periods on 20th May, i had sex today .. That was without protection.. i felt something... he pulled out and he was 100 percent sure that he discharged outside only .. but I m scared.. felt like may be there is a Lil bit inside me as well.. (not sure) I washed it immediately after sex.. but should i still take i pill ? I only had I pill once in my life that too 4 years before .. and after taking I pill I missed my periods.. and got some side effects. i had to consult gynaecologist and she provided me some medicines to get my periods back . should I take i pill.. ? or i can avoid it ?
Female | 26
While the pull-out method reduces the risk of pregnancy, it is not completely reliable. Given your experience with side effects from the emergency contraceptive pill, it might be best to consult a gynecologist before deciding. They can provide the most appropriate advice based on your medical history and current situation.

I have bacteria vagosis for a long time I had been using antibiotics for treatment but it came back and sometimes I don't treat it at all but my cervical mucus is like normal I'm scared if I'm going to have problems in future especially in matters for pregnancy
Female | 18
The antibiotic usage might alleviate symptoms temporarily, and yet the main cause of infection should be treated to avoid further complications. However, procrastination in treatment can cause sterility problems later on and, particularly during pregnancy. Thus, it is recommended to see a specialist and follow the prescribed treatment prescription.

i'm suffering from Bartholin's cyst..It's now 3 days and it's painful
Female | 30
A Bartholin’s cyst occurs when a gland near the vagina becomes blocked. Often, you’ll experience a lump or swelling as well as some discomfort. To relieve the pain and encourage drainage, take warm baths several times a day. If this doesn’t help within a week or if things get worse, you should see a gynecologist.

hey my name is nandini and I am 23 years old I had intercourse 15 days before my periods and after that I got my period on time but after my periods end I am having pinch pain in my lower abdomen I getting yellow pee it's 1 week to go now I feel today burn in my stomach am I pregnant or not Nd if I am get i had I pill
Female | 23
It's possible those symptoms might be tied to some other causes like a urinary tract infection or indigestion rather than pregnancy. The pinch pain and yellow pee could indicate an infection, while the burn in your stomach may suggest indigestion. If you took the emergency contraceptive pill, it's less likely you're pregnant. But, if you're unsure or if the symptoms persist, it's best to visit a gynecologist for a check-up.

I have a yellow discharge from my vagina and I’m 16 weeks pregnant. I’m worried as it’s smelly and I want to get rid of it.
Female | 29
You may have an infection, which could be causing the yellow discharge and smell. In pregnancy, these infections need to be taken care of. It's important to see a doctor to get the right treatment. Avoid using any products in your vagina until you see a gynecologist.

I developed severe palpitations and breathlessness of unknown cause since all tests are normal after 3 years of taking birth control pills to regulate periods. I am considering stopping them as the doctor told me. What are expected side effects that would happen from stopping them?
Female | 32
Birth control pills are beneficial, but side effects can arise. If experiencing issues, stopping them seems wise. Your menstrual cycle might undergo adjustments - irregular bleeding or heavier flows could occur. This transition phase necessitates patience from your body. Should symptoms persist or worsen after discontinuation, consulting a gynecologist becomes crucial.

I'm preethi 27 yrs old I got DNC on 26th may 2024 and july 3rd I got my regular periods after DNC but August 3rd I didn't get my periods till today 6th August 2024 at the same time my white discharge was like a curd tick consistency and it is non sticky what does it means please guide me
Female | 27
It is quite natural to experience irregularities in your menstrual cycle after a DNC, as sometimes your body may need a while to adapt. The curdy discharge could indicate a yeast infection, which is a common and treatable infection. Other reasons for missed periods may include stress, hormonal imbalance, or pregnancy. If you notice any in particular and if they continue, consult a gynecologist for further evaluation.

I suggest you to not just rely on home pregnancy tests. Please visit a gynecologist instead. The gynecologist will ask you to undergo certain blood tests to check whether you are pregnant or not. Some other reliable methods can also be used to check if you are pregnant. Hope this proved helpful.

I have two times of period last march and then for april until now i missed my periods, i also take some pregnancy test and it says negative, what happened why i missed my period?
Female | 19
It’s normal to miss a period even if the pregnancy test says negative. Being nervous or having hormonal issues can make people miss their periods. Have you been under pressure lately or gained or lost some weight? If you have, that might be why you didn’t get your period. I would suggest that you keep an eye on your symptoms and go see a gynecologist if this continues to happen to you.

Hey, am having a lot of problems with my birth control injection and am wondering it it can be washed out?
Female | 22
Birth control injections are long-acting and cannot be "washed out" from your body. If you're experiencing problems, it's important to consult with a gynecologist who can assess your situation and suggest an alternative contraceptive method that's better suited to you.

The symptoms you have mentioned are caused by hyperthyroidism. These imbalances can affect your period too and result in what you explained. Meri umra 46 h do mahine se mc se nahi hui hu or pregnancy chahti hu kya ye sambhav h.
Female | 46
At 46 years it is still possible to conceive and become pregnant, although fertility generally decreases as women get older. There could be various reasons for the missed menstrual cycles, like hormonal imbalances, perimenopause (the transitional phase before menopause), stress, certain medical conditions, or even pregnancy.
Since you're trying to conceive, it's important to consider the possibility of pregnancy as well. I recommend that you take a pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy as the cause of the missed periods. If the test is negative and your menstrual cycles remain irregular or absent, it would be advisable to consult a gynecologist.

It can be scary to see a bit of white discharge with light blood, but it might not always mean bad things. Sometimes, this can happen in the early stage of pregnancy or right before your period. However, if she's experiencing cramping or heavy bleeding, it's better to contact the gynecologist who is taking care of her treatment.
