I am 28 years old and experiencing pressure in my testicles, along with a burning sensation in my penis, especially during urination. There is also occasional tightness in my testicles and discomfort in my penis while using the toilet.
Male | 28
You have a urinary tract infection (UTI). UTIs are responsible for testicular pressure, burning is experienced when you pee, and discomfort in the penis. It is necessary to take in a lot of water and not to hold in your pee. You may require antibiotics that are given to you by a urologist to cure your illness.

You might have an STI or maybe genital warts. Accompaniments can consist of growths or even bumps on the outside of the penis. STIs come from bacteria or viruses from sex without protection. A doctor's visit is the best for diagnosis and treatment. The doctor might give you medications or recommend procedures to remove the warts.

I m 32 Yr female.. my periods are regular always so we plan about baby and I miss my periods 14 days ago I have all symptoms of pregnancy but test is negative and suddenly I'm bleeding and belly pain.. I'm bleeding when I going to pass urine not other time. What does that mean m I pregnant or what?
Female | 32
Stress or hormone issues can impact your cycle. The negative pregnancy test suggests no pregnancy, but checking with a healthcare provider is best. Bleeding while peeing could mean a urinary tract infection, which can cause belly pain too. These infections are common and treatable with antibiotics prescribed by a urologist.

It needs to be examined before any ointment is suggested. if it’s just fungal Infection then might just do with anti fungal ointment, if any inflammatory lesion then needs to know the reason behind it. Rare cases if long term redness then might need a biopsy.

Yes, oral herpes can be directly transmitted to the genitals through penetration solely. Genital herpes is caused by HSV-2, but oral sex can result in genital infection from the oraphasic virus. Good day, I am 44 yrs healthy male having reoccurring UTI since last 1 year.(8 times) First two infections the URine test showed positive infections but rest of them were negative. Doctor referred me for endoscopy where all results showed no abnormalities and I was prescribed APO-Tamsuloain 400 MCG. PSA test came normal and Ultra sound and blood test all came normal. Now yesterday again I had symptoms of UTI and I have been prescribed amoxicillin 500mg for 5 days and it has given me temporary relief. I go to the gym daily and have mild hypertension where I take reaptan 50mg daily. Please assist
Male | 45
The UTI's main symptoms are usually urinating often, having a burning sensation during urination, and having either cloudy or strong-smelling urine as well as pelvic pain. The fact that these are initiated by the entrance of bacteria into the urinary system thereby inducing inflammation could be cleared up using antibiotics like amoxicillin. Besides, drinking enough water, following a good hygiene regime, and discussing with a urologist whether there are possible underlying causes of your recurring UTIs such as any anatomical concerns or lifestyle habits that may be contributing are also essential.
