I have cervical spondylitis since past 6 months. Doctor prescribed many medicines. But i have headache and itching in head. i feel something crawling in my head and scalp itches too. Now i feel pain in my neck and left hand and heaviness in left side in 2 fingers. I also had physiotherapy for 10 days. I have my MRI report too.

It sounds like you may have a neurological condition in addition to cervical spondylitis. Headache, itching, crawling sensation on scalp, and pain in the neck and hand are all common symptoms of a neurological condition. It would be best for you to see a neurologist for further evaluation and treatment. The MRI report may provide some insight into what is causing your symptoms, but it is unlikely to be the only factor. The neurologist may recommend further tests, such as an EEG or nerve conduction studies, to pinpoint the source of your symptoms. In the meantime, it may be beneficial for you to continue with the physiotherapy and take any medications prescribed by your doctor.
