What is treatment for TMT and STRESS THALLIUM positive with 100% artery block
I have diagnosed with positive TMT and also positive STRESS THALLIUM test. angiography is done and found that left artery is 100% block, the rest two are fine. One Dr. suggests that STUNTING can be done, while the other senior cadriologist Dr. said that only by pass is the option, kindly suggest and guide.

As per my understanding, your TMT and STRESS THALLIUM are positive, and the coronary angiogram also shows that your lad is 100% block. Lad is a very important artery, so the right option for you is to take a second opinion. Since you are having two diverse opinions regarding the same, to confirm what exactly should be done, only on clinical examination of the patient, patients general condition associated comorbidities and evaluating all the reports the cardiologist will be able to guide correctly. What would it take for me to be able to have a lead pellet removed from the lymph node so rounding the main aorta of your heart. With MRI results show ing to be a sixteenth of an inch from said aorta. The incident had happened in the summer of 1998. I'll be 40 in a couple of months. I'm sick of being afraid to breathe.
Male | 39
I know you are worried about the lead pellet that is close to your aorta. In such situations, only a specialist can determine the best course of action. The closeness to such a life-saving place is really indeed severe. Chest pain, breathing problems, or exhaustion are some of the symptoms to look for. Seeking medical help right away is vital for a proper assessment and the recommendation of treatment options.

Male | 54
Driving may resume within 1-2 weeks if feeling well. You can take short walks, but avoid strenuous exercise initially. Pranayama's benefits await, yet start gently, listening closely. Should chest pain or dizziness arise, cease activity and rest. You can also talk to your cardiologist for advice.

Hello, We've visited one of the top cardiologist in Bangalore who has recommend that a bypass is not necessary based on the angiogram report. The same cardiologist had successfully operated earlier, where a stenting was done. However, my brother in law who is a doctor and based out of Canada has a different opinion (based on the report and the advice from his friend (cardiologist) who thinks and is certain that a bypass is necessary within the next 2-3 weeks. We have 2 extremely contrasting opinions. We would like to get a second opinion from a cardiologist is Bangalore. Please recommend. Any other suggestions would be much appreciated. Regards, Kiranp
As per my understanding you are having two different opinions by two cardiologist regarding the treatment of your patient, so the confusion has arise, but to decide what is a best treatment of patient, clinical examination matters a lot, along with evaluation of reports. Therefore you can always take one more opinion from another cardiologist, who will examine your patient, asses their clinical condition, consider other comorbidities, their general health, and evaluate the older treatment, as well as decide what will be the best. Please be free to take advice from a cardiologist who clear all your doubts - Best Cardiologists in Bangalore. Hope this helps you.

As per my understanding, the patient seems to have triple vessel disease and the doctor has put one stent, but two other arteries having 100% blockage are left untreated. The ideal treatment for triple vessel disease is CABG, but there may be some more underlying factors due to which the cardiologist may have advise against CABG. You can always take a second opinion from other cardiologists, who on evaluating the patient and the reports will guide and clear all your doubts. My open heart surgery done in 1st Jan.2018.in left arm always pain persist. whole body became hard. what is matter.
As per my understanding you are having left arm pain post CABG, also your body becomes stiff. Whenever a patient is having Left arm pain espically with history of CAD, the first thing is to rule out cardiac pathology. Immediately visit a cardiologist. He will carefully evaluate the current condition of the patient. Differentiate between cardiac causes and non cardiac cause of left arm pain. Non cardiac causes can be treated medically; in case of cardiac causes a detailed evaluation is needed. Some diagnostic test may also be done to know the exact cause and decide on the treatment. Consult a cardiologist. Hope our answer helps you. For cardiologists, visit this page, it may help - 10 Best Cardiologist in India.

I am married to my second cousin. During my first pregnancy there were no complications nothing. My daughter was born with normal delivery. She was completely alright and normal baby. Completing her every milestone in time. But at 11 month of the age she got ill and the major symptoms were flu and difficulty in breathing thn she was diagnosed with MYOCARDITIS. And died after 1 week and was under treatment in AFIC (Armed Forces Institute Of Cardiology) Rawalpindi. I was pregnant at that time with my second child. My second daughter was born. She was also completely normal covering every milestone in time. She was treated in al shifa hospital throughout each and every test were clear till the 17 months of age. Thn again once in a while she suffered from same symptoms and diagnosed with MYOCARDITIS. She got treated in Al Shifa hospital Islamabad and expired at the age of 17 months. So now i need some expert advise what to do now. I am not getting any satisfactory answer from any doctor in Pakistan some are claiming it as genetics but some are arguing it can't be this because babies show no defects in any of there milestone throughout their life span. So any thing or any help regarding this is highly appreciated.
Female | 28
Myocarditis is a condition where the heart muscle is inflamed and can be caused by viruses, bacteria, or other infections. It is possible that there is a genetic component to this condition, and I would recommend consulting with a genetic specialist or a pediatric cardiologist. They may be able to provide more information about potential genetic causes and what steps can be taken to prevent it in future pregnancies. It is important to seek medical attention and advice from a experienced healthcare professional.

My dad had Bypass surgery a one half month back and since that day onwards he is getting dry cough with no mucus, we met operating doctor and although he gave medicines its not controlling plz suggest something what should I do
Multiple factors may cause a persisting dry cough following bypass surgery – medication reaction or due to the surgical procedure itself. Follow up with your dad’s cardiologist who operated on him. If the current treatment does not work, they may need to change his medicines or find other reasons for coughing. Furthermore, it could be beneficial to consult a pulmonologist because sometimes lung related problems might be causing the problem. The best way to deal with this symptom effectively while ensuring your dad’s comfort and recovery is through prompt, proper medical evaluation.
