It seems that you have a disease known as Right Bundle Branch Block (RBBB) and Sinus Rhythm with Intraventricular Conduction Delay (IVCD). It may be due to heart disease or certain drugs. Patients should be referred to a cardiologist for additional testing and management.

A few days ago my friend had an open heart surgery, but after a month or two he was called to the hospital again, and was put to sleep on a ventilator and the doctor said that the blood has clotted and compacted, He is put to sleep so that his brain does not suffer any damage. Can she get well and go back home?
Female | 28
I'm sorry to hear about your friend's condition. It sounds like there have been complications after the open-heart surgery, leading to blood clots. These clots can be serious, and the doctors are taking precautions to prevent brain damage. It's important to consult with the cardiologist who performed the surgery and the critical care specialist managing the case to understand the prognosis and next steps. They will be able to give you the best advice regarding her recovery and when she might be able to go home.

I have diagnosed with positive TMT and also positive STRESS THALLIUM test. angiography is done and found that left artery is 100% block, the rest two are fine. One Dr. suggests that STUNTING can be done, while the other senior cadriologist Dr. said that only by pass is the option, kindly suggest and guide.
As per my understanding, your TMT and STRESS THALLIUM are positive, and the coronary angiogram also shows that your lad is 100% block. Lad is a very important artery, so the right option for you is to take a second opinion. Since you are having two diverse opinions regarding the same, to confirm what exactly should be done, only on clinical examination of the patient, patients general condition associated comorbidities and evaluating all the reports the cardiologist will be able to guide correctly. My father is suffering from sever triple blockage in arteries, admitted to hospital but as he is a obese person they refuse to do cabg he weighed 92 kg now, they have put one stent but 2 arteries are left with 100 % blockage, is there any problem in future ,can he do regular activities ,he is an advocate . please beg you answer this .Is there any issues found that 2 blocked arteries ???
As per my understanding, the patient seems to have triple vessel disease and the doctor has put one stent, but two other arteries having 100% blockage are left untreated. The ideal treatment for triple vessel disease is CABG, but there may be some more underlying factors due to which the cardiologist may have advise against CABG. You can always take a second opinion from other cardiologists, who on evaluating the patient and the reports will guide and clear all your doubts. My dad had Bypass surgery a one half month back and since that day onwards he is getting dry cough with no mucus, we met operating doctor and although he gave medicines its not controlling plz suggest something what should I do
Multiple factors may cause a persisting dry cough following bypass surgery – medication reaction or due to the surgical procedure itself. Follow up with your dad’s cardiologist who operated on him. If the current treatment does not work, they may need to change his medicines or find other reasons for coughing. Furthermore, it could be beneficial to consult a pulmonologist because sometimes lung related problems might be causing the problem. The best way to deal with this symptom effectively while ensuring your dad’s comfort and recovery is through prompt, proper medical evaluation.

I have pain in my chest but x-ray and blood test, and mucus test are okay. What can happen to me?
Male | 21
Experiencing chest pain despite normal X-rays, blood tests, and mucus tests can have several possible explanations. It might be related to musculoskeletal issues, anxiety, acid reflux, or other respiratory conditions not easily detected by these initial tests. If the pain is related to heart issues, a cardiologist may be recommended for a more specialized evaluation.

Bp range is 90 160 is need to consult doctor it's emergency condition or not
Female | 59
A blood pressure reading between 90/60 and 160/100 is usually fine. However, if your BP stays above 160/100, it's important to see a cardiologist. High blood pressure can be dangerous and may lead to serious health issues like heart disease, even without symptoms. Eating healthy and quitting bad habits can help manage hypertension, but it's best to consult a doctor for personalized advice.
