I have face problem . Redness on my cheeks Hot sensation Small colour less pimple appear Itchy skin Dry patchess on skin Can I calamine lotion for these problems?

Your talking about alopecia areata. Main line of treatment for alopecia areata is local and intralesional steroids. Oral and local immunosuppressant are also very effective.
