Answered on 23rd Sept '24
Experiencing dizziness after eating, along with fatigue and losing 10 kg in six months, could be a cause for concern. This might be due to blood loss, high blood sugar, gland issues, or digestive problems. Eating small, frequent meals with a balanced ratio of macronutrients may help, but it's essential to consult a gastroenterologist for proper tests and diagnosis.

Iam 17 yrs old suffering from change in bowel moments
Female | 17
You may be experiencing a change in stool consistency. There could be reasons behind this, such as inadequate fiber intake and stress. Symptoms commonly associated with this condition consist of constipation or diarrhea. Up water consumption, eat more fruits with high liquid contents and fibers like apples; also try green leafy vegetables and maintain physical activity. These steps may help if none do so visit a gastroenterologist immediately as it might be a serious issue

Im wondering if Ulcerative Colitis can affect a man's sexual ability causing ED. Either that or is it possible for UC to cause low testosterone? Is this possible without me taking any medications?
Male | 28
A situation that inflames the colon, ulcerative colitis, can result in symptoms such as abdominal pain, diarrhea, and fatigue. Even though inflammation and stress brought on by UC do not cause directly erectile dysfunction (ED) or low testosterone; they can have an impact on sexual health. The best way forward is to treat UC effectively while also finding ways of reducing stress.

Indigestion, gastritis, or even infections are a few causes of stomach pain. Also, do you feel still full whether you ate or not, vomit, or have changes in your stool patterns? When the complaint persists, one should take little space food, not eat anything with pepper, and water the body with a lot of water. If the discomfort lingers, please consult a gastroenterologist as soon as your schedule allows.

i am a 19 year old female currently about to be 36 weeks pregnant and for the past week ive had horrible diarrhea i did have fevers but they stopped two days ago now only the diarrhea remains and its only gotten worse it seems. ive been to urget care and my obgyn but they haven’t given me the answers im looking for, waiting on some test to come back. my question is my diarrhea has been bright yellow and its been every other hour. since my fever went down ive started getting pain in my stomach everytime i get up and move mainly due to needing to go to the bathroom ( baby is completely fine says the doctors and i do feel her moving the same as before) when i go to use the bathroom its like i cannot get it out only little bits of the diarrhea and now today it is black. so far its like every ten or so minutes my stomach starts hurting and i need to go back but its so swollen and has started to bleed a little bit from so much diarrhea that it really hurts but yet barley any comes out should i try a stool softener?
Female | 19
Bright yellow diarrhea may indicate bile in your stool, while black diarrhea can suggest stomach bleeding. These symptoms could be due to infections or other medical issues that need attention. In my opinion, using a stool softener may not be ideal at this time. It's important to continue following your doctor's advice closely.

My child is having stomach ache since last 2 or 3 days. Yesterday he had ache 3 to 4 tines and he has been going to washroom each time. The stool is normal and not loose. He is 8 now. Since he was 3.5 years old he had habbit of going to.potty after 3 to 4 days and it extended till 6 to 7 days also. The potty was very hard and a single loop hard to flush. But since last 4 days he is complaining of stomach ache and going to.potty each time. The stool is normal and soft as compared to previous times and flushable. Please suggest.
Male | 8
I advise you to take your child to a doctor. Based on proper evaluation and diagnosis, the doctor will be able to determine whether the problem faced is due some underlying medical issue such as food intolerance, infection or some other reason. Based on that, treatment may be suggested which may include certain dietary and lifestyle changes, medications etc.

i have pain in abdomen .
Female | 25
Stomach pain is no fun. It might seem like a small issue, but it could indicate something serious. It could be just gas or something you ate that disagreed with you. Or maybe it's a bug going around. But don't ignore it—conditions like appendicitis require medical attention. Stay hydrated and eat bland foods. If the pain persists or worsens, see a doctor. While belly aches are common, some need treatment.

My son is having stomach ache since an year. ultra sound done it is seems to have gastric problem. Now since 15 days pain has increased around belly button.
Male | 9
From what you say, your son seems to be having stomach problems for quite a long time. If the pain has been getting worse around his tummy button lately, it may be an indication of a condition called appendicitis. This is when the appendix, a small organ in the abdomen, turns inflamed. In some cases, this can be a serious condition that might be treated with surgery to remove the appendix. It's crucial to consult a gastroenterologist immediately for a correct diagnosis and treatment.

I am 19 years old … I see blood in my stool … started 2020 I took enterogermina 2020,then December 2021 took tinizol and doxycycline 2021 and I was given Clarthrime and Bonso pile tablet January 2024 but a doctor changed it and told me to take ciprotab instead but today I happened to see blood again I am constipated , I take milk a lot , and I always have bad cramps so I take ibuprofen every month but not more than 2 a month
Female | 19
I recommend seeking medical attention from a gastroenterologist to properly evaluate the cause of the bleeding and develop a treatment plan. Not recommended to self-treat without consulting a doctor, as this can lead to antibiotic resistance and may not address the issue. Additionally taking ibuprofen frequently for menstrual cramps can also lead to gastrointestinal problems.

I have a stomach pain what I eat and what I treatment do
Female | Eu
Some of the primary culprit are eating beyond the limit and eating hot food items. Sometimes a tummy bug could also cause this. For a bit of relief, you can begin by employing a food approach: small portions of light stuff only. Intake of water should be raised; equally, avoid spices as much as possible and do not go anywhere close to fatty foods too. See a gastroenterologist possible time so that further assessment will be done.

I have stomach pain and visit doctor and take medicine but I can't feel better
Female | 23
Different things such as indigestion, gastritis, or infections can cause stomach pains. When you go back to your doctor this time you let the doctor know that what they gave you last time did not work. The doctor might need to run more tests so they can find out what’s happening and give you something that’ll make you feel better.

The gas issue you describe is quite common. It can occur if you consume excessive spicy or oily foods or experience high stress levels. Through these adjustments, you can gain control over this digestive concern. If not, visit a gastroenterologist.

I am 38 year old I am suffering from chronic liver chhiroshish. Today's I eat hybrid mangur fish in a small amount as per Google this fish is high led and mercury In one time this is harmful for me
Male | 38
Be aware of consuming high-mercury fish like mangur when you have chronic liver cirrhosis. Even if you have such a liver problem meat, you can have symptoms of nausea, vomiting, and confusion. High mercury toxins are bad for the liver to boot. It is advisable to ignore such sorts of dietary foods rather than eat them. Choose instead of high-mercury alternatives such as salmon or sardines. Whenever you decide to eat a new one, ask your doctor or gastroenterologist first to learn the best possible ways of eating.

Your stomach might not be breaking down food properly. Try ginger tea - a helpful tonic. Ginger promotes digestive enzymes, aiding digestion. Sip ginger tea after meals, and see if it makes you feel better. Also, eat slowly, and chew food well. Simple tips can improve digestion.

I take Aciclovir dispersible tablet approx 1 week & due to this there have arise a problem that .... there is pain in my stomach & also cause weakness arise
Female | 21
Aciclovir dispersible tablets could cause stomach aches. You might feel weak too. That's because the tablets irritate your stomach lining sometimes. Take them with food to avoid irritation. Drink lots of water. Eat small, mild meals. This helps with the weakness. If stomach pain or weakness continues, talk to a gastroenterologist.

Hi doctor, um, good evening. I'm coming to you today contacting a clinic with an inquiry. (0:07) So I suffer from very bad anxiety and I recently got a therapist which was only like two months (0:14) ago or so. So within that time frame I've had blood tests done, total blood count and all of (0:21) that and it turns out that I'm not anemic. So within I would say like the past weeks or within (0:27) you know the past year or so occasionally I would get like you know stomach symptoms like diarrhea (0:32) or whatever which my doctor thought was probably IBS and I would get the occasional blood or whatever (0:37) when I strain and stuff like that. So um within the past month I was stressing myself out non-stop (0:45) like I'm constantly stressing but I'm hearing people saying now that I lost a bit of weight (0:50) but my stomach, weight, my legs, my whole body they're the same. I just seem to have lost weight (0:56) within my arms and it's making me freak out because recently today I had a bowel movement and (1:02) I saw the tad little bit of blood again and I've been constantly thinking that I have collateral (1:08) aka colon cancer at the age of 22 and it's really freaking me out and I seem to just cannot (1:15) stop thinking that I have that doctor and it's making my anxiety bad and it's giving me suicidal (1:21) thoughts due to the fact that I think that I have this cancer.
Male | 22
It seems you're worried about your health, especially colon cancer. Having that cancer at 22 is rare. Your arm weight loss could be from anxiety causing muscle loss. Seeing a therapist is good, but talking to your doctor about your worries may help reassure you. Take slow, deep breaths and try relaxation methods to ease anxiety.
