Fungal infection which is not easy to cure, has found a place on your hands and thighs. Fungal infections are caused by the skin being warm and moist, like when we sweat a lot, can occur. The primary way to get rid of it is to maintain the cleanliness and dryness of the affected areas. Antifungal creams or powders that a dermatologist recommends can also be helpful. Don't forget to wear loose and breathable clothes.

I'm suffering from scalp folliculitis since 2 years . I have consumed various medication as advised earlier (Tablet doxycycline, tablet metronidazole, tablet clindamycin, tablet isotretinoin).these medications ka affective only till I take the medicine and then the pustules reappear. These are very painful and very itchy .
Female | 21
This is when the hair follicles on your head become infected leading to painful sores with pus which are also itchy. I can see that the drugs that you have used before don’t seem to work well for you in the long run. One should visit a dermatologist who might prescribe stronger medications or other treatments such as medicated shampoos or creams for clearing up these infections and preventing their recurrence.

You may be suffering from a sexually transmitted infection (STI) that can lead to the problem of open wounds and eczema on the penis. These signs might be a clue to a syndrome called herpes or genital warts. These infections can be spread from one person to another through sexual contact. Diagnosis and treatment should be done by a sexologist. It is the best decision to put away sexual activity until you visit a doctor.

A Face Night fall two Times a Month and Unmarried
Female | 22
Nightfall or wet dreams are common and normal phenomena for unmarried young people. It occurs precisely because your body is generating hormones. Having it happen twice a month can't be a cause for alarm most of the time. To minimize the frequency of such occurrences, avoid stimulating activities before bed, keep yourself busy during the day, and maintain a healthy lifestyle with regular exercise and a balanced diet.

i have dead skin constantly pealling off my toes and a couple of cuts at the bottom of each toe and in-between the toes too
Male | 43
You probably developed athlete's foot. This fungal infection grows between toes, warm and moist spots. Peeling skin signifies it. Cuts are another symptom. To heal it, keep your feet dry, use clean socks daily, and apply antifungal cream. Clearing it takes time. Be patient. Stick with the treatment regimen.

Dear Dr I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out regarding my brother's skin condition. He has developed small, lightly red bumps along with some small dry red blemishes on his body, primarily on his torso, hands, and inner thighs. These spots are not itchy or painful, but they have persisted for a while. Could you kindly advise on what the condition might be and recommend the most effective treatment to help him get rid of these spots completely? Thank you very much for your time and expertise. We would appreciate any guidance you can offer. Best regards,
Male | 17
Your brother might be suffering from a skin condition named eczema, or it is known as atopic dermatitis. It is the first step to the development of red bumps and dry, scaly patches on the skin. The development of eczema can be sometimes as a result of dry skin, stress, or allergies. To relieve symptoms, recommend your brother to apply soft moisturizers, avoid soaps that are too strong, cover him with comfortable and breathable clothes. If the problems will continue, seek the advice of a dermatologist.

Your skin might be affected by acanthosis nigricans which is identified by dark patches, even on the throat and joints. Being overweight and having high blood pressure are risk factors for this. The treatment is to lose weight and control the BP, as a result, the patches can be healed. Follow a healthy diet, exercise regularly, and be consistent with your prescribed medications to control your blood pressure.

Hi doctors, My mother who is 50 yrs old is facing excessive sweating from 2 years, we hve checked her BP, sugar and thyroid which are normal, but I'm not understanding which doctor to consult regarding this excessive sweating.
Female | 50
Hyperhidrosis, or excessive sweating, is annoying. The reasons for the sweating can be other than normal BP, sugar, and thyroid of your mother. The medications, menopause, stress, or health problems that are hidden might lead to such a situation. A dermatologist with a focus on skin problems will be the best choice. They can help pinpoint the cause of the sweating and recommend treatments.

My age is 27 .I have acne problem for around 10 yrs..Can i take tretinoin tablet 5mg lifelong on a daily basis..this stops my acne breakouts but if i stop it again my acne starts coming again. Is it ok to take any tablets on a daily basis to prevent acne breakouts
Male | 25
Acne is red bumps on the skin. It is common for young people like you. Acne happens when skin makes lots of oil and gets blocked. Taking tretinoin tablets for a long time is not a good idea. It is better to find why the skin gets bumps. Maybe try new skin routines with dermatologist's help.

If you have hair loss, and while this may be a concern, all is not lost. The most prevalent reasons are stress, poor nutrition, hormonal changes, or genetics. Sometimes, the use of too many products can make the situation worse. To a healthy life, managing stress, and using gentle, natural hair products is vital. Also, taking professional advice from a dermatologist to go through other treatment options is a good idea.

Male | 21
You are dealing with a penile skin infection. Among the symptoms you mentioned, itching, redness, and dryness are the most common signs of this type of infection. The causes could come from fungus or bacteria. For treatment, you should start with the habit of keeping it clean and dry. Another option could be to use over-the-counter antifungal cream, but if you are not getting better, it is best to go to the dermatologist and get more treatment.

Female | 19
Fungal acne may appear as very small pimples on your skin, especially the face area. It is by the yeast that lives on your skin. For it to get cleared off, use a non-irritating wash with salicylic acid, unhitch thick creams, and introduce antifungal substances such as tea tree oil. I want you to appreciate the process; it may require some time before you see a difference.

Hello I am Jawed, I am 32 years old, height is 170cm and weight is 60 KG. I had acne on my face 10 to 11 years ago, at that time I visited a doctor and they prescribed Betamethasone Injection and it was injecting in every acne on my face separately, the effects was so fast because the acne disappeared after two to three hours after injection. This treatment co tinues 2 months, one every week with that doctor, as the effects were temporary for individual acnes on face and as well the effect was fast, after that I became addicted to it and I was injecting this particular injection to my face myself and it goes for maybe more then 6 months and then I stopped it, about 2 to 3 months later after stopping it some side effects apeared to my skin, my skin (different areas such as face-lips, eyes, hands-shoulders, legs-tighs, neck, under arms, even the private parts) become puffy, itchy, red when I wake up from sleep, and ut continues for 3 to 4 hours and then disappears, this problem is from more then 9 years sometimes it disappears for months and sometimes it comes back, whenever I take anti-allergic tablets such as cetrizine it is all ok and when I stop taking it, it appears again, simetimes the effects are so strong mean specially when it take my eysles the puffy eyes are so heavy and it become normal after 24 to 36 hours. I didn't notice any particular thing that I am allergic to that in these 9 years. I will be very greatful if your advice helps me from this bad situation. King Regards
Male | 32
Dealing with skin issues can be tough. The puffy, itchy, red skin you mentioned might be contact dermatitis. This happens when your skin is irritated by something it touches. For you, it seems the long-term Betamethasone Injection use could have triggered it. To manage it, avoid triggers - certain products or fabrics that bother your skin. Moisturize daily and use a gentle face wash. If needed, over-the-counter antihistamines may ease symptoms. Visit a dermatologist if the problems persist.

I got a cut and there were swiming and after ten days I reopen my wound then the blood clotting is black so tell me some treatment or instructions
Female | 23
The black color usually suggests either dead tissue or infection. Wound management involves e.g. cleaning it with mild soap and applying an antibiotic ointment. Change the bandage daily and pay attention to the wound for any signs of increased pain, redness, or pus. If these develop, you should see a dermatologist who can perform further evaluation and treatment.

Female | 22
You experienced an unwanted reaction to the serum. Peeling, dry skin often results from overusing harsh products. Stop using the serum right away. Prioritize gentle moisturizers, avoiding irritating formulas. Allow time for natural healing. Over a few days, your complexion should improve and regain balance.

I'm 23 years old female, I have pimple and marks last few years, I used lot of cream but no response, what can I do?
Female | 23
Pimples are caused by clogged hair follicles due to oil and dead skin cells. Stress, hormonal changes, and genetics among many other factors can be brought to action. It is crucial to clean your face twice a day with a mild cleanser and stop pricking at them. Think of applying products with benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid. Keep it up by hydrating and eating a balanced diet. In case you are still having a problem, it would be good to consult a dermatologist to get some valuable advice.
