Whenever I masterbate, my spine hurts, I have trouble breathing, my stomach doesn't clear, I have gallstones.

Body signals should be cared for. The stress in your body is shown by your spinal pain, difficulty breathing, upset stomach, and gallstones when you are doing masturbation. However, it's important to stress that your body is the one you should notice and not these signs that are sometimes ignored. The next step can be to approach a gastroenterologist to discuss these symptoms in more detail.

What food is best is ice cream, tea cakes, fibre flakes ok if I have chronic ibs
Male | 42
If you are suffering from chronic IBS, the best diet to go for would be easy foods on your tummy. Ice cream, tea cakes, and fiber flakes may be questionable choices. Ice cream might be the cause of your stomachache, and tea cakes are too sweet. On the other hand, fiber flakes could be a high-fiber one, which can trigger IBS symptoms such as bloating and cramps and therefore be a reason for the worsening of the condition. You should make it a point to eat unseasoned foods like rice, cooked vegetables, and lean proteins to assist in calming your stomach.

It's important to address your concerns regarding digestion and bowel movements. Your description suggests possible constipation, which can occur due to dietary factors, dehydration, or reduced physical activity. The presence of blood in your stools should be taken seriously, as it may indicate a condition that requires medical attention. To improve your situation, consider increasing your fluid intake, incorporating more fiber-rich foods like fruits and vegetables, and engaging in gentle physical activity if possible. It sounds like you're experiencing digestive discomfort, which can stem from various factors, including dietary choices, stress, or dehydration. Symptoms like infrequent bowel movements and hard stools indicate possible constipation, often influenced by inadequate fiber and fluid intake. Improving your diet with more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, along with regular hydration, can help. Additionally, gentle physical activity can stimulate digestion. Is there more urine in jaundice or fatty liver
Male | 18
Jaundice is a disease of the liver with the surface of a patient's skin turning yellow because a substance, bilirubin, is produced. This may result in frequent urination because the body is trying to eliminate the excess of bilirubin through urine. Fatty liver is also sometimes the cause of increased urination, mainly, through the deposition or inflammation of the liver. Consuming enough water and a healthy, balanced diet can regulate these issues.
