Your coughs might be from postnasal drip. Mucus flows down your throat from your nose. Allergies, sinus infections, or acid reflux could cause it. Drink lots of fluids. Use a humidifier. Avoid smoke and other irritants. Try decongestants or saline sprays for relief. But if it doesn't improve, see an ENT doctor. They'll examine you and give proper treatment.

Ear was cleaned of excess fluid and was neurotic last year. I had been given lots ear drops over mths as thought was infections but consultant told me no infections. I think it may me nerve pain. I’m having Frequent nose bleeds. I’ve had them since a child. Even a slight touch inside the nose will cause a nose bleed or even if soemthing hits my nose gently it bleeds. The nose bleeds lasts for about 10/15 minutes per time and it’s a heavy nose bleed. I have my septum pierced and it only bleeds from the left nostril but even before I had the piercing it kept bleeding.
