Stammer can distress a person's self-esteem and conversational abilities. It is highly advisable to make an appointment with a speech and language therapist, who may recommend methods to improve fluency. Also, psychologists can provide strategies to cope with anxiety by public speaking. As for now, it is strongly advised to look for professional help from a qualified speech therapist and a psychologist.

Chest problem for 1month please ask me a good medicine
Male | 14
You've had chest issues for a month. That's difficult. Coughing, tightness, pain, breathing problems - those are chest problem signs. Pneumonia, a lung infection, could be why. See a doctor for antibiotics to get better. Rest, drink liquids, use a humidifier - those help too.

Male | 23
When you sleep a lot, having missed a meal or two might also make the symptoms worse. It weakens the immune systems, this can cause body pains such as fever and joint aches. Take lots of water or any other fluids for example sodas can work too if they have high nutritional value also eat healthy while resting enough.

I am from South Africa and was vaccinated against measles, does that mean I am vaccinated for mumps and rubella?
Female | 26
If you have been vaccinated against measles it doesn't necessarily mean that you are covered against mumps and rubella. Each of measles, mumps, and rubella is a different disease. They each have their vaccine that is necessary for protection. Mumps may make you have swollen glands while rubella can cause a rash and fever. To be entirely safe, make sure that the mumps and rubella vaccinations are received.
