You are going through a tough time with stress and sleeping troubles. Stress can interfere with sleep, and in some cases, it can even worsen illnesses such as asthma and anxiety. The most common cause of insomnia is stress. You can try relaxation techniques like deep breathing, gentle exercise, and avoiding caffeine or screens before bed.

I am 17 year old female I was masturbating when I had a little bleeding No pain But it scared me I rarely masturbate so I don't know what to think of this
Female | 17
If you happen to see some blood during masturbation and it does not feel painful, you may have nothing wrong. Once in a while the delicate tissues there get a little irritated and begin to bleed a bit. Go through a restful period and if it recurs or if you have any other issues, report to a gynecologist.

I missed my periods. Usually every month I got my periods on 19 but this month it's already 31 and I didn't got my periods.
Female | 23
Your period being late can be concerning, but try not to worry too much. Stress, weight fluctuations, or illness sometimes disrupt your cycle. If you've had sex, pregnancy is possible. Signs like nausea, sore breasts, and exhaustion may indicate pregnancy. To confirm, take a pregnancy test. If negative but still no period, consult a gynecologist to identify any potential problems.

1 am 24 years old lady, who is having breast discharge when ever my breast is touch or press ,and am also having vaginal dryness
Female | 24
Hormonal shifts may be the reason for breast discharge when squeezed as well as dryness in the vagina. If a person has too much prolactin hormone, they can have nipple fluid, while low levels of estrogen might cause a lack of moisture down there. It’s advisable to see a gynecologist for further investigation and appropriate treatment if these signs worry you.

My boyfriend and i had unprotected sex, and i missed my period last month and this month as well, but i did pregnancy test and it came out negative 4 times, i don’t know what’s happening
Male | 20
Despite taking four pregnancy tests that came out negative, it's still possible that the tests were taken too early or there could be other factors affecting your menstrual cycle, like stress or hormonal imbalances. It's best to consult a gynecologist for proper guidance and conduct a blood test for pregnancy.

Female | 28
The bleeding can be a result of the hormonal imbalance that is triggered by the pills. The side effects you are experiencing are also common. One must keep an eye on the bleeding and at the same time drink enough water. If the bleeding continues or worsens, it is important to get medical help from a gynecologist to ensure everything is fine.

About sexual problem her periods was missing in February month and feeling vomit type
Female | 18
These symptoms can be caused by stress, changes in routine, or hormonal imbalances. Reassure her not to worry at first. If her period is delayed, she can take a pregnancy test, as nausea could be a sign of pregnancy. However, dietary changes, stress, or illness could also cause stomach upset. It's best to consult a gynecologist, as they can offer guidance on the next steps.

One day only comeing periods why?

The case of having periods for a day can be normal in most instances and happen occasionally. It could be a result of hormonal changes, stress, changing medications, or a one-time thing. Other symptoms to watch for are irregular cycles or sudden heavy bleeding. If it occurs from time to time, then the situation is usually harmless. Female | 21
The emergency contraceptive that you've taken might have influenced your menstrual cycle, hence, causing a delay in your period. The other likely scenarios for missed periods are either stress or some health conditions. The negative test result shows that you may not be pregnant. But, if your worries do not subside or your period is still absent, you should visit a gynecologist.

For pregnancy fears, a test will be able to tell the truth. Remember, always use protection against unwanted pregnancy when you have sex. If you're searching for ways to stop getting pregnant, there are options like adoption pills or injections but it's better to talk to a gynecologist for personalized advice.

Hi, My blood type is A-. I had an abortion and was not able to take anti d within 72 hrs. Will it affect future pregnancies?
Female | 24
Not having anti-D within 72 hours after an abortion may pose a potential threat to future pregnancies. If you are Rh-negative and the fetus is Rh-positive, you are at risk of complications. This mismatch can make your system generate antibodies that may interfere with future pregnancies of Rh-positive blood. You must visit your gynecologist the alternatives and the possible complications concerning your case.

You should eat small boring meals while drinking ginger tea slowly if you want relief. Keep yourself hydrated too. In case the signs persist, seeking further advice from a gynecologist is recommended.
