Missing period this month please help me
Female | 21
A missing period could be due to many things such as stress, changes in weight, or hormonal imbalances. Check if you've been extra stressed or experienced weight changes lately. If so, this might be the reason. Try to calm down, have a balanced diet, and exercise. If this continues to occur, consult a gynecologist.

I'm a 23 years old female . Today I had my first sexual intercourse . At that time I had severe bleeding and pain . The bleeding is still going on . And I got out a piece of flesh out. I'm worried . Is this normal?
Female | 23
During some women’s first sexual experience, they may have bleeding and pain. The bleeding usually stops after a few hours. However, passing a piece of flesh is abnormal. It could result from the hymen tearing, though such a big piece is uncommon. It’s essential to see a gynecologist for proper treatment and a check-up to confirm everything is okay.

It's normal to miss periods and not pregnant and bleed a black blood

Female | 17
Some of the common symptoms of pregnancy include missing periods, feeling nausea, being very tired, and breasts feeling tender. These symptoms are the result of the baby growing inside you. If you suspect that you are pregnant, the first thing you should do is to see a gynecologist. They can comfort you by giving you the care that you need.

I had my last period on 14 january -23 january .Last month i was sick and took medicines .I still didnt had ny period it has taken two month now
Female | 18
Missed periods happen sometimes. They're not unusual and there could be several reasons. You might have been ill and taking medication. That could affect hormone levels. Or maybe you've been stressed or had weight changes. Certain medical issues may also play a part. If it doesn't come for a few weeks, see a gynecologist.

Mam first day of periods less bleeding just one or two strains or colour of blood is brown and have clots also the next blood is coming more
Female | 21
When the first day of your period is light with minimal bleeding, everything is likely fine. If the blood is brownish and contains some clots, don't worry; this can happen. On the following day, a heavier flow is normal as your body is adjusting. Brownish blood simply means the blood is older. However, if you feel nervous or experience pain, it would be wise to consult a gynecologist.

Stomach pain after taking abortion pills
Female | 18
Stomach aches can happen after taking abortion pills. The medications cause cramping to remove pregnancy tissue. This pain is like period cramps, from mild to severe. Put a heating pad on your lower belly to feel better. Drink warm drinks. Take over-the-counter pain meds like ibuprofen. But if the pain is bad or won't go away, contact your gynecologist.

Hi, I am 2.5 months late on my period. But for last few weeks I'm lightly bleeding. It's like nothing to wear a pad but still bleeding. What could be the reason?
Female | 27
This could be caused by any number of things such as stress, hormonal imbalances, or even certain drugs which are being taken at this time. You may also feel tired than usual or have changes in appetite but they are normally just accompanying signs. The best thing for now would be to record all these symptoms somewhere then make sure that you visit your gynecologist so they can help further investigate what might be wrong with you.

Am having a vagina itchy and it also swollen, with a slight pain too
Female | 32
An imbalance of good and bad bacteria in the vagina can lead to infections. These include yeast infections or bacterial ones. Common symptoms are itching, swelling, and discomfort. Over-the-counter creams may provide relief. However, seeing a doctor for prescription medication is recommended. To prevent future issues, wear cotton underwear and avoid scented products. These simple steps restore balance and promote vaginal health.

White discharge is normal?
Female | 40
It is not unusual to have white discharge in women. In most cases that discharge is normal. In case it is accompanied by itching, unpleasant smell, or color change, you must be concerned. Consulting an OB/GYN will be essential to rule out anything severe and receive proper treatment.

I had my menstruation recently May 25 to be precise but haven't ovulate, any cause for alarm? And can I get pregnant without ovulation??? Please advise
Female | 27
If a woman won’t ovulate, then possible pregnancy becomes a big task. Ovulation signs include altered cervical mucus, changes in body temperature, and, on the other hand, ovulatory pain. If you doubt, you can track your ovulation by observing such symptoms or find a gynecologist and ask them for help.

I am 29 Years old. I have missing periods before 2 month so please give me solution
Female | 29
It can be due to multiple causes such as stress, weight gain/loss; hormonal imbalance, or even some illness. You may also feel tired all the time and have frequent mood changes. In addition, there might be pains around the lower abdomen too. You should visit a gynecologist who will help find out what is causing this so that they can give appropriate advice.

Was given cyclogest 10 weeks pregnant light bleed
Female | 27
If you find, while on Cyclogest, that there is mild bleeding and you are ten weeks into the pregnancy then you must be observant. There are times when a little bleeding might occur during the early stages of pregnancy and this could be attributed to several causes such as implantation, hormonal changes, or infections. To get further advice and assessment done, it would be best if you get in touch with your doctor immediately. Meanwhile, rest, drink water, and look after yourself.

I’m 13 and for the past five days, it’s hurt when I pee or just after I pee. It really hurts and my mom won’t take me to get tested. I don’t know if it’s an infection or not and I’m scared of dying. What are some things I can do to help it be gone
Female | 13
You may have a urinary infection. The signs you mention, such as pain during urination, are typical of UTIs; they occur when bacteria enter the urinary system. Drink plenty of water to relieve the pain, do not hold your pee, and place a warm towel on your lower abdomen. If it persists, be sure to discuss visiting a urologist with your mom.

Hello I have problem I get my period twice in month I could like to know what couse that and what medicine can help me
Female | 27
The body may have imbalanced hormones, which cause this. There could also be problems with the reproductive system. You might experience heavy bleeding or painful cramps. To fix it, you could take pills for regulating periods like birth control or other drugs that will help regulate menstrual cycles. Talk with a gynecologist about what would work best for you.

So I have had my period for about two weeks what is wrong or what can I do to end my period
Female | 13
A period of two weeks is not what usually happens. There could be a few easy reasons: stress, body weight changes, or a health problem like polycystic ovary syndrome. During this time, drink lots of water, eat healthy foods, and get good rest. If the long period keeps happening, see a gynecologist.

Doctor I’m worried if I have cancer I have bilateral endometrial cyst I did ca-125 which is 46.1 it is showing shd I do any further test and it is normal I have vit d deficiency as well
Female | 28
So let's make it clear that a bilateral endometrial cyst does not necessarily mean cancer. A CA-125 level of 46.1 could be slightly raised, but this is not a cancer marker test. People with endometrial cysts can feel pelvic pain as well as experience atypical bleeding. Poor Vitamin D levels are the most common, and this can be handled with vitamin supplements. You should consult a gynecologist for additional tests and treatments.

Hi i am 17 i am on the mini 12 hour pill and i stupidly missed a couple days. It was saturday the 30th was the last time i had sex but my partner didn't finish inside me i took my pill that night and the night after but due to upcoming exams i missed my pill on Wednesday and thursday (however i don't quite remember but can somewhat recall that i remember taking the ones missed on friday). i am now worried that i am pregnant please help
Female | 17
Missing pills can lower the level of contraception effectiveness, particularly if you've missed one too many pills at a row. Symptoms of early pregnancy can be similar to a missed period, nausea, or tenderness in your breast. However, considering that you were ejaculated outside and you are on the pill, the risk of pregnancy would be minimal. The prescription is primarily to resume correctly taking the pill and to also think of additional option if your period doesn't get back to its normal course (e.g. condom, pills). In order to feel more confident, you might as well do a pregnancy test. You can also consult a gynecologist.
