Some of the common symptoms of pregnancy include missing periods, feeling nausea, being very tired, and breasts feeling tender. These symptoms are the result of the baby growing inside you. If you suspect that you are pregnant, the first thing you should do is to see a gynecologist. They can comfort you by giving you the care that you need.

I'm 17 years old a girl but from last 3 months I'm not getting periods. I don't why and what could be the reason?
Female | 17
This is called amenorrhea. It can happen because of things like stress, really hard exercise or losing/gaining a lot of weight. If you’ve been having sex, pregnancy might be another reason. You need to see a gynecologist to find out what’s going on. They can help you figure out why it’s happening and what to do about it.

my period was due march18 but never came a week after on march27 I had intercourse and started having some pink and brown discharge didn’t last long a few days later it starts again off and on then I started having pink and light red bleeding off and on then it was red and brown off and on now it’s just red bleeding and it’s moderate bleeding with small blood clots which i researched is normal in the first trimester could I be pregnant?
Female | 22
Implantation bleeding occurs when a fertilized egg attaches to the uterus. This early pregnancy sign involves pink or brown spotting. However, hormonal changes or infections can also cause these symptoms. Take a home pregnancy test if you suspect pregnancy. But seek a gynecologist help quickly if bleeding gets heavy or painful.

Hi mujhe vagina main bohat dard hai or vagina main dryness feel hoti hai or urine baar baar ata hai main un married hon urine reports bhi normal hai ultrasound bhi sahi hai or blood report bhi sahi hai mujhe bohat discomfort feel hota hai
Female | 22
You have the condition vaginitis. It shows pain, dryness, frequent urination, and discomfort. Infections, irritants, or hormone changes can cause vaginitis to be painful. Don't Use scented products instead, wear cotton underwear, and you will be a lot more comfortable. Over-the-counter medications like antipyretics are also another treatment you can use. The best thing to do when symptoms don't clear is to see a gynecologist for further evaluation.

Hi iam 8 months pregnant, i have taken wrongly normet syrup of my duaghter around 5ml, once i took in my mouth only i realized it, then i spitted out, after that vomitted myself. it will afffect my unborn baby??? Please advice
Female | 32
It can be worrying when taking a drug not intended for you, even more so in case of pregnancy. In your situation, since you only took a small quantity and threw up afterward, a tiny dose of the medicine probably got into your bloodstream. Be careful not to ignore any unusual side effects such as nausea, vomiting, or stomach pain. If you notice anything unusual, get in touch with your gynecologist immediately to get more treatment.

Mynefollicle study karvaya tha pregnancy k liye ryt side ovary me 2follicle hove the aur left side me 1follicle ryt side follicle 1ruptured hova hai but 2nd follicle hemorrhagic cyst hogaya hai measurment 3.5×3.4cm hai aur left ovary ka follicle ruptured nahi hova kya mujhe pregnancy concieve karne me problem hogi mujhe baht tention hai cyst ko leke pls help me
Female | 30
A hemorrhagic cyst happens when bleeding occurs in a follicle, resulting in cyst formation. It's a common occurrence and doesn't necessarily cause problems. Since a single follicle ruptured, pregnancy remains a possibility. The cyst might resolve itself without intervention. Some discomfort may arise, however, it typically subsides with time's passage. Maintain communication with your gynecologist for proper guidance.

Am a 22 aged female am taking family planning pills but I had gone periods don't know if it's normal but the blood is different to the common mensural blood
Female | 22
It is quite normal to see alterations in the cycle while on family planning pills. The blood may differ from what the normal is but it is not a cause for concern. Your period might be shorter or longer than in the past. If you are experiencing other symptoms such as extreme pain or heavy bleeding, you should consult your gynecologist.

I am 8 weeks pregnant and have several fibroids that have caused me backache, lower abdominal pain, bleeding for 4 days. What treatment can I have?
Female | 38
You may have symptoms caused by fibroids in your uterus. Fibroids are non-cancerous growths that can lead to backache, lower abdominal pain, and abnormal bleeding. At 8 weeks pregnant, it's important to consult your gynecologist. They might suggest monitoring the fibroids closely and managing symptoms with rest, pain relief, or other treatments if needed.

I am a 36 year old female, I had a tubal ligation 9 years ago. My periods have come as per normal since than. However my period have not come for the last 3 months. Please advise if this due to my tubal ligation?
Female | 36
It is unusual for a tubal ligation to directly result in a change of your menstrual cycle. Several things can cause missed periods including stress, hormonal imbalances, or pregnancy. Go see a gynecologist for a check-up so that they can tell you what has brought about these changes in your body.

I am 28 years old female and a yellowish thick discharge from my vagina and smells like sour milk, no pain or irritation and it been 4 days now. No medication i have taken yet
Female | 28
It can be a sign of a vaginal infection, could be bacterial vaginosis or a yeast infection. It occurs due to an imbalance of bacteria or yeast in the vagina, and can cause discomfort, itching, or burning in some cases. I recommend you to get an accurate diagnosis and treatment. Your doctor may give medications like antibiotics or antifungal medication, depending on the cause of the discharge.

The inner vaginal lips may sometimes seem darker during puberty. You might not have noticed before, but this change happens naturally as girls grow up. Keep the vaginal area clean and you'll be fine.

Hi doctor, I need few suggestions from you Please guide me My name is swathi age is 29 Currently 37 weeks and 5 days I had recent check ups where doc said like I have high BP and my amniotic fluid is reduced from 14.8 to 11 .after following the tablets and injection.we have another check up where doc advised to take bp tablet for 3 times and also mentioned that my baby heart rate is 171 and Umbilical artery PI is high with fetal tachy cardia . After check up I have temperature of 99 F . So doc advised to take medicine for cold .as I have slight cold from last night .Another visit is after 2 days Could you please suggest me what to do for this like precaution to be taken or what can I do to maintain for good health of my baby
Female | 29
Elevated blood pressure during pregnancy risks complications. Low amniotic fluid requires close observation. Rapid fetal heart rate raises alarm. Fever potentially signals infection. Consistently take blood pressure medication. Hydrate well to promote amniotic fluid production. Rest adequately. Consult your gynecologist promptly for guidance addressing these issues.

I didn't got my period this month I'm I pregnant?
Female | 22
Period skipping doesn't always guarantee you are pregnant. We must also consider other factors, such as stress, weight change, or medical conditions that could be the factor. It is advisable to see a gynecologist or an obstetrician if you suspect you are pregnant.

Can I take painkillers (like ibuprofen or acetaminophen?) for period cramps, if I'm on fluoxetine?
Female | 15
Generally ibuprofen and acetaminophen can be used for period cramps. However, if you're taking fluoxetine, an antidepressant, it's important to consult your doctor or pharmacist before using pain relievers to ensure there are no potential interactions or risks. Am Aysha, age 31.I have two children aged 10 and 9. Later 6 years ago got pregnant twice and had an abortion on the pill. Now I am pregnant again. Is it dangerous to have an abortion after taking the pill again?
Female | 31
It is quite questionable whether having an abortion after consuming a birth control pill can cause critical problems. Therefore, the first and foremost thing is to consult with the doctor about your case. If you face unbearable pain, heavy bleeding, or fever after the operation, it can be a sign of infection. Keep in constant contact and a close partnership with your gynecologist.
