What works for one person may not work for another so maybe you should try putting on some lotion that has ceramides or colloidal oatmeal in it to calm down the itching. Ask the dermatologist about methotrexate if it’s bad enough—but there are other things they could give instead like corticosteroids or phototherapy treatments too.
