Answered on 30th July '24
The subchorionic collection near the gestational sac is a small bubble, measuring about 10 by 3 millimeters. Sometimes, these collections can cause light bleeding during pregnancy. Staying calm and avoiding heavy lifting may help. Most of the time, these collections fade away as the pregnancy progresses. It's important to see a gynecologist for any further advice.

Vaginal itching I have from past 2 weeks and I used v wash and coconut oil but the itching is more at night plz help me out
Female | 24
Vaginal itching can be caused by several factors, including infections, irritations, or allergies. Given that you’ve experienced discomfort for two weeks and noticed it worsens at night, it's wise to consider possible yeast infections or other conditions. While using products like V wash and coconut oil may provide temporary relief, they might not address the root cause. I recommend consulting a gynecologist for an accurate diagnosis and targeted treatment.

Is levenogestrel effective 3 days before expected ovulation day when taken within 24 hours of intercrural sex
Female | 25
Levonorgestrel is a form of emergency contraception that works best when taken soon after unprotected intercourse. Taking it within 24 hours can be effective in preventing pregnancy, although its performance may decrease close to the ovulation period. Symptoms after taking it may include temporary nausea, lighter menstrual flow, or fatigue. If you have any concerns about your cycle or are considering regular contraception options, I encourage you to consult a gynecologist. They can offer personalized advice tailored to your health needs and ensure you feel supported throughout this process.

Sifasi Aqua 5000 IU is a form of hCG hormone that is not recommended during pregnancy as it can interfere with fetal development. Molar pregnancy can increase the risk of complications in future pregnancies. It's crucial to reach out to your gynecologist without delay to deliberate on alternative treatment options for a secure and healthy pregnancy.

I am 24 years old female post partum my full body has become tan black and I am feeling heat even in cold conditions I had vaginal delivery periostomy I have baby girl of one month age how do I get back to same shape and colour and what is reason of this heat in my body too much heat feeling when I breastfeeding her or do some chores kindly message me at +918806042023
Female | 24
A full-body tan or darkening of the skin can be due to hormonal changes or pigmentation after childbirth. The heat you feel may be caused by blood flow and energy loss from breastfeeding and caring for your baby. Stay hydrated and take plenty of rest to help cool down. Over time, your body will gradually return to its original color and shape. If the heat persists or you're concerned, contact your gynecologist.

Understanding your menstrual cycle can sometimes feel overwhelming. Common symptoms include cramps, bloating, and mood changes, which are often linked to hormonal fluctuations. Irregular cycles can arise from various factors such as stress, changes in weight, or medical conditions. Maintaining a balanced diet, staying active, and managing stress can greatly help in regularizing your cycle. However, if you notice significant changes or have concerns, I recommend discussing this with a gynecologist.

i have been experiencing discomfort, itching and yellow/white discharge in my vagina
Female | 18
A vaginal yeast infection may be causing your discomfort. Itching and yellow or white discharge are common symptoms. Over-the-counter antifungal creams or suppositories can help relieve symptoms. Loose clothes and cotton underwear allow better airflow to the area. If symptoms persist, see a gynecologist for further guidance.

Hello. I was supposed to start my period march 15-18. However, instead I saw spotting super lightly with a brown coloured discharge since March 13th. I spotted here and there. But it goes on until now. Usually I have very intense periods. I start having cramps and tenderness in the breast area a week prior and then once my period starts, I keep having cramps and I bleed heavily past 4 to 5 days. I haven’t had any period symptoms, no cramps, no tenderness and no blood. I’ve only been feeling intense nausea lately late at night/early mornings.
Female | 25
Changes in your regular period cycle seem to be happening. Brown spotting instead of full flow can occur for multiple reasons. It may be caused by hormonal shifts, stress levels, or adjustments in your daily life. Intense nausea at night could also indicate hormonal fluctuations or stomach troubles. Be sure to drink plenty of fluids and have smaller meals more frequently. If these issues continue, consulting a gynecologist would be wise for further assessment and advice.

Hy i had my contraceptive tablet for 21 days. Its finished before two days. When will i get my next periods. History of medical conditions: I had 21 days contraceptive tablets and its over before two days when will i get my periods Previous history of current medical complaint: I have normal periods ... i had this tablet to prepone my periods due to my marriage
Female | 27
Normally, after consuming a 21-day contraceptive tablet, you will be able to get your period within two or three days. At this stage, it is common for you to see light spotting or an irregular period. The reason is that your body is learning to cope with the change in hormones brought about by the pill. If you have any worries, do not hesitate to contact a gynecologist.

High blood pressure sometimes can be a source of a condition called preeclampsia which is one of the main reasons for the problems for the pregnant women and the baby. Preeclampsia can show as headaches, vision changes, and swelling. Your medical professional may advise you on the time for rest, and take medicine, and monitor you closely. Have regular past daily checks with your gynecologist to ensure the safety of both you and your baby.

She has a lesion mass in pelvic region
Female | 40
A pelvic lump is a surgical emergency, and you should not wait to visit a healthcare provider for appropriate medical examination. These kinds of masses may be caused by different conditions such as an ovarian cyst, uterus nodular formation or even cancer. I suggest that you seek medical advice from an OB/GYN doctor for further examination, and treatment if necessary.

Irregular periods. No pcod No pcos AMH level is also good Had periods after 2months still only spotting
Female | 25
Stress, intensive exercise, thyroid problems, and hormonal disorders are some of the factors that can lead to irregular menstruation. Your situation is different, as you said that you didn't have PCOD, PCOS, or AMH levels issues, so it could be other hormonal fluctuations. To address this, it is preferable to lead a balanced life, deal with stress, visit a gynecologist for further explorations or treatment if necessary.

I got my period on 24th Feb. After that I didn't get it in the month of March and April as well. Even I never had sex. Please recommend any tablet.
Female | 21
Things like feeling stressed, gaining or losing weight, changing what you eat, or exercising differently can make your cycle irregular. Since you haven't had sex, you don't need to worry about being pregnant. My advice is to wait a little longer and see if your period starts on its own. But if it doesn't come soon, talking to a gynecologist might help figure out what's going on.

I’m 28 years of age, I have and abortion last month the 1st and end on the 10th of last month November, after three weeks last month November, I did a pregnancy test it’s negative, this month November 7 my period want to come out but it’s stop the same day and up till now I haven’t see my period today is the 17 I don’t know what is really the problem.
Female | 28
In some cases, a person may find that their cycle does not return to the regular pattern they had before the abortion, which happened one period later. The stress of the procedure can affect your cycle. On the other hand, various hormonal altercations that occur after the abortion can cause you to experience irregular periods. Try not to worry too much. If no periods occur after more than a few weeks, you should check with a gynecologist for a suitable solution.

Please tell me wether is it fine to use Oralcon-F ( Levonorgestrel and ethinyl estradiol contraceptive pills ) starting from middle of my cycle and using Levonorgestrel 1.5mg morning pill for 3 days at the same time? To prevent pregnancy ?
Female | 29
Using Oralcon-F during the middle of your cycle can provide contraceptive protection, but combining it with levonorgestrel (the morning-after pill) may not be necessary if you're already on Oralcon-F. It's essential to take contraceptive pills consistently and as directed. However, taking the morning-after pill multiple times in a short period can lead to side effects like nausea or irregular bleeding. I encourage you to consult with a gynecologist who can provide personalized advice based on your overall health and circumstances.
