Your uterus has shifted lower into the vagina; this is called a prolapsed uterus. It makes you feel like something is pushing down there. You might have trouble peeing too. The muscles holding up your uterus got weak, causing it to drop. To treat it, you can do exercises to make those muscles stronger. Or, use a pessary - that's a device that goes in your vagina to prop the uterus up. For really bad cases, surgery fixes the prolapse. But see a gynecologist to decide the right treatment for you.

Getting period pain during exams is tough. The uterus muscles contract strongly, leading to cramps and sometimes vomiting. A safe choice for teens like you is over-the-counter ibuprofen. It reduces inflammation and eases pain. Always follow the package instructions carefully.

Pain during tampon insertion may indicate vaginal dryness or irritation that requires a consultation with an expert. This needs to be addressed so that you can manage your period cycle comfortably.

Based on the information given, you seem to have cycles lasting 31 days. Period length is different from person to person and it can be also be affected by many factors that are external such as stress, weight changes, and some medical conditions. It is recommended to see a gynecologist if you have any problems with your mens cycles
