Is redness near urethra without symptoms dangerous?
If there is redness at the side of urethra but there is no symptoms etc. Only redness under upper lips means uretra.its redness is dangerous !??And why is there redness if I don't have any pain or irritation etc. And is this redness dangerous?

High redness, in the absence of any pain or irritation, is not to be seen near the urethra normally. These reddish spots may indicate inflammation or infection even if you do not have any other symptoms. Listening to your body's signals is vital. It is helpful to drink water and to keep it clean.
