UTIs are something that can happen to anyone – even people in their 20s. Some signs of this condition include feeling pain when you urinate or having a burning sensation while peeing; needing to go often but only passing small amounts each time; and/or noticing that your pee looks darker than usual or has an unpleasant smell. The most common way bacteria get into our bladders is through the urethra which is why it’s so important for women especially (those who have shorter urethras) to wipe from front to back after using the bathroom. One way to help treat them naturally is by drinking lots of fluids such as water or unsweetened cranberry juice because this will help flush out any bacteria before they have a chance to multiply; however, sometimes antibiotics may be necessary if the infection doesn’t clear up on its own within a few days. Visit a urologist if your condition doesn't improve.

What are the reasons for urine leakage? How do we identify that there is a leakage or vaginal discharge?

Female | 33

Urinary incontinence, urinary tract infection overactive bladder or weak pelvic muscles are the condition which can causes leakage of urine. Consultation with a urologist or gynecologist is necessary to diagnose the basic cause and give proper treatment. In contrast, vaginal discharge is a normal natural function that can vary in color and texture throughout the menstrual cycle. I have sexuality problems since childhood as a boy. My testes and penis are way smaller compared to my colleagues. I am weaker and not physically fit as a man. I usually like female domination, I have had erectal problems since I became sexually active, I lose erection or ejaculate quickly. I don’t feel confident now going close to women .My research shows I might have low testosterone from birth?

Male | 33

It is vital to have a conversation with the urologist or the endocrinologist if you experience doubts related to your sexual development and functioning. They may recommend tests which can show you if you have a low testosterone or some medical conditions. It is not recommended to self-diagnose and self-treat as this sometimes leads to additional complications.

Concerns about penis size and premature ejaculation are common, but remember that sexual satisfaction is not solely determined by size or duration. Communicate openly with your partner, consider pelvic floor exercises. Managing stress and maintaining a healthy lifestyle can also help.

I would like to enquire about total cost for Vasectomy surgery.

Male | 33

The cost of Vasectomy surgery varies based on location and clinic. In India, the cost ranges from Rs. 5,000 to Rs. 40,000. It is a permanent form of birth control, but doesn't prevent STIs, so use condoms as well!

Frequent urination can have several causes, ranging from lifestyle factors to medical conditions. Here are some common reasons: High Fluid Intake: Drinking a lot of fluids, especially those containing caffeine or alcohol, can increase urination. Medications: Diuretics and other medications can increase urine production. Diabetes: High blood sugar levels can cause excessive urination. Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs): Infections in the urinary system can cause an urgent need to urinate frequently. Overactive Bladder: This condition causes a sudden urge to urinate, even if the bladder is not full. Prostate Issues: In men, an enlarged prostate can press on the urethra, affecting urination. Interstitial Cystitis: A chronic condition causing bladder pressure and pain, leading to frequent urination. Follow these herbal combination for complete cure:- vrihad vangeshwar ras 1 tablet twice a day, gokshuradi avleh 3 GM's twice a day, after breakfast and dinner with water, send his reports if you have initially abdomen ultrasound report and blood sugar levels.
