It's normal for breasts to feel sore before your period. If we look at all the symptoms we can easily say it's a hormonal thing. But if it's just your left breast that's hurting a lot then the reason can be something other than injury or infection. Try wearing a supportive bra, avoiding sleeping on your left side, and using warm compresses for relief. If the pain doesn't go away, go to a gynecologist for help.

Hi , I have been having problems since two months ago. I feel pain during sex , there are certain positions that make me feel that pain. I also get tearing everytime after sex.
Female | 20
Experiencing pain and tearing after sex could mean vaginismus, a condition where vaginal muscles tighten involuntarily. Ouch! It's crucial to talk to a gynecologist – they'll diagnose the issue properly.

I sex with my bf very first time on 13 date of month.. than next day bleeding was started for 4-5 days.. next month my periods not come at 5th date , than I take ginger water for 4-5 days , than my periods come at 13th of month , can I pragnent, I have no situation to take pregnancy test , please tell me I am pregnant or not , I don't tell this to my home , if they know that , they will kill me , please suggest me
Female | 18
Stress, dietary changes, and hormonal imbalance are some reasons that lead to changes in the menstrual cycle. You might have ginger water to thank for aiding your period's normality to some extent. In the absence of a pregnancy test, the uncertainty is inevitable. Keep an eye on nausea, fatigue, or swollenness of the breasts for signs of pregnancy. To be on the safe side, look out for frequent urinating, food cravings, and mood swings too, if any of these show up. If you experience any other symptoms or your period is delayed again, it's better to consult a gynecologist.

I’m a 18 year old female. I had sex 3 days ago, not my first time, I bled a little but I’m still bleeding lightly even after 2 days. It’s light blood mixed with my own clear vaginal discharge. No bad smell.
Female | 18
It is not uncommon at all if some women start bleeding a little during or after sex, especially if it is not their first time. The presence of light blood combined with transparent mucus may indicate that your vagina has a small cut or is irritated. This is normal, so do not worry; wait for a few days until everything heals. However, if the bleeding does not stop or becomes heavier, you should see a gynecologist as soon as possible.

What should I do if my lack of sleep gets worse and why am 19yrs old and haven't started a period
Female | 19
If your sleep problem is getting worse, it will be necessary to consult a sleep specialist or medical professional who can discover and treat the causes of sleep disturbance that contribute to your sleep problems. Moreover, it’s not unusual for some young women to experience menstruation cycles, which start later than expected. On the one hand, it is recommended to make an appointment with a gynecologist or an endocrinologist in order to get the right diagnosis and verify the proper management of the condition.

I had been diagnosed with cystitis a month or 2 back, i took my medication and it went away but now it comes and goes, is it possible that it didnt clear away the first time ?
Male | 24
Your cystitis returned because the infection persisted. Some bacteria survived the first treatment. Cystitis causes frequent urination urges. You feel a painful burning sensation when peeing. To treat it thoroughly, you need antibiotics prescribed by a urologist. The urinary tract infection wasn't fully eliminated earlier. So revisit your doctor promptly for proper medication to clear the remaining bacteria. Persistent symptoms like urgency, burning, and frequent bathroom trips indicate active cystitis.

It's essential to note any other symptoms and reduce stress while maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
