Why do I have white patches, red dots, and urethra inflammation?
I'm a 21 year old male I have small white patches on the top of my penis along with some red dots and the urethra is inflamed as well as the foreskin and a slight burning sensation when peeing as well as frequent urination and a clear discharge

You might have a condition called balanitis. This issue occurs when the penis' foreskin becomes inflamed and red, and, in some cases, white patches can appear. The burning of the urine and the clear discharge may also be the result of this. Balanitis may occur due to hygiene issues, infections, or skin problems. Wash the area regularly and dry it, not use soaps that are too harsh, and prefer loose clothing. If the symptoms continue, a dermatologist can give medicine to make them go away.

Hello I have been having a skin infection of something that looks like ringworm. It starts like a pimple and later widens into different sizes. It started appearing on my thighs and is now appearing on every other part of my body except my face and scalp. There are moments when my skin is void of any but on other periods it appears almost every where with a lot on my fingers and palms. It's been on and off for more than 10 years now. I've consulted several dematologist with each having a different diagnosis and prescribing different creams to be applied on the affected spots but those have not helped me in any way. I truly do not know what else to do. Please help.
