Some signals might show that hormones are off-balance. Problems like irregular periods happen. Body pains crop up. Digestion troubles arise. Skin gets darker. Stomach hurts a bit. Anger sparks more often. Such issues could mean imbalanced hormones or digestion trouble. If issues persist, see a gynecologist for an assessment and guidance.

I was wondering what a septated adnexal cyst is and what kind of symptoms you can get from it. I had a partial hysterectomy about 14 years ago. I have been having stomach issues so my Doctor ordered a CT scan and it showed up on the scan.
Female | 45
A septated adnexal cyst is a fluid-filled sac with walls inside it. A hysterectomy can cause this to happen near the ovaries. You might not feel anything or could have a belly ache, bloating, or discomfort. Sometimes they can go away, but other times a gynecologist might suggest more tests or surgery.

Period band ho chuke hai age 40 year hai kya baby ho sakta hai
Female | 40
While the chances of conceiving naturally are slightly lower at 40, it’s still possible! Irregular periods can happen due to various factors like hormonal changes, stress, or even early menopause. It’s a good idea to see a gynecologist to find out the specific cause and explore fertility options if that’s your goal.

Having Vaginal irritation from last week. Tried candid clotrinazole once in a day but no use. Can you please help in this?
Female | 29
This could be a yeast infection, for instance. Standard signs are itching, burning, redness, and uncommon discharge. Using clotrimazole once a day may not be sufficient. Consider using an over-the-counter antifungal cream like Monistat and following the instructions closely to make it more effective. Also, ensure clean underwear and breathable material are used while avoiding scented products in that area. In case the irritation persists, seek an opinion of a gynecologist.

In this february, I suddenly missed the period. My thyroid is normal. My usg uterus report is also normal..i am not pregnant. I gained weight 15 kg. What is the reason??
Female | 26
Not having your period when you're not expecting can occur for various reasons. One common factor is weight gain, especially significant like 15 kg. Rapid weight increase sometimes disrupts hormones causing irregular periods. Maintaining a healthy weight through a proper diet and exercise is key. If irregular periods persist, consulting a gynecologist for evaluation is wise.

I am a 22 year old female, and my breasts have become more pale and sensitive as of late, and am unsure the reasoning
Female | 22
Go for a consultation with a gynecologist or breast specialist to get a proper diagnosis. The color palette of sensitive breasts could indicate various conditions, primarily hormonal imbalances or breast infections. You must get medical help to confirm that there are no vital underlying issues.

It's possible that your period delay could be due to stress or hormonal imbalance, but since you had unprotected sex, it would be wise to take a pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy. For your period irregularity, please consult a gynecologist who can provide proper guidance and treatment.

I have 6 months now stopped depo Provera and I have missed my period and saw light spotting could that be implantation ?
Female | 22
Irregular periods can occur when stopping Depo Provera. The light spotting may simply result from hormonal fluctuations, not necessarily implantation. Typically, implantation spotting appears light and brief. If worried, consider taking an at-home pregnancy test to clarify. Hormonal adjustments take time, so don't fret. However, consulting your gynecologist can alleviate any lingering concerns.

My period is 4days late and it has never happened before and on the fourth day am having menstrual cramps but no period yet
Female | 22
It's natural to be concerned when your menstruation is delayed. There are times when stress, fluctuations in weight, or hormonal imbalances can lead to this. The cramps you feel with no period can be explained by your body getting ready for the period. Nevertheless, late periods can also be due to pregnancy. Don't be alarmed and, if your period doesn't arrive in a couple of days, think about taking a pregnancy test to calm your mind.

I’m 13 and for the past five days, it’s hurt when I pee or just after I pee. It really hurts and my mom won’t take me to get tested. I don’t know if it’s an infection or not and I’m scared of dying. What are some things I can do to help it be gone
Female | 13
You may have a urinary infection. The signs you mention, such as pain during urination, are typical of UTIs; they occur when bacteria enter the urinary system. Drink plenty of water to relieve the pain, do not hold your pee, and place a warm towel on your lower abdomen. If it persists, be sure to discuss visiting a urologist with your mom.

so let me give you some context first, she has PCOD. and get's irregular periods, but since 1-2 months she was having normal periods due to some medecines, which her doctor prescribed. But at that time, even before we "did that", her periods were late for 5-6 days already. What happened is I went to my gf's place on 7th June. and we thought of just doing kisses and cuddles. But later on we crossed our limits and i got more aggressive towards her, which she liked. So she was giving me a handjob, and told me that there's some precum on her hand. But it dried really fast due to the fan and cooler. And later on I was rubbing my dick on her vagina without any clothes, and spreaded her outer area and she was getting hurt by it. I didn't went deep inside. and stopped there and after a bit she wore clothes and went to the washroom to clean herself down there and peed too. I didn't ejaculate inside her, and I'm not sure but i guess there wasn't precum either inside her. But not sure. And it's been many days since then, and she still hasn't gotten her periods yet. Her doctor doesn't know about the thing we did, and he just said that it's normal, and she'll get periods after her medecine. Today is her last dose of medicine left. We are worried that she might get pregnant? Ofcourse we don't want that to happen. Can you please help us out and tell us something? We're still not so old and responsible in both mentally and financial ways to take care of a baby
Female | 20
If you’re worried about a possible pregnancy, don’t be. The chances of it happening from what you’ve said are very slim. If there was no ejaculation or confirmed pre-cum inside her, then there is almost no risk at all. Stress can also delay periods. Tell her to relax as much as possible. If her period still doesn’t come, take a home pregnancy test to be sure.

I’m 30 weeks pregnant and I found out I was pregnant in November I live in a state where abortion is illegal I seemed for help in other states and I couldn’t find the help I needed so now I was able to get a hold of the pills I took the first pill yesterday and I still need to take the 4 others but I’m scared and worried about what could happen if it can take me into labor or will they actually make a termination to the pregnancy
Female | 21
The pills you swallowed are supposed to terminate the pregnancy; however, this might not happen immediately. Sometimes you may go through cramps, bleed, or even pass out some tissues. It may take some hours or even days for all these to happen. Should it be that you are scared or maybe you are experiencing too much pain or bleeding heavily, please seek medical help as soon as possible.

Heavy menstrual bleeding and fatigue may indicate anemia. Anemia causes weakness, shortness of breath, dizziness, and headache. Iron-rich foods like spinach, beans, and red meat can help. See a doctor for diagnosis and treatment. There are medications and surgeries available to treat heavy bleeding. Ignoring the symptoms can lead to more severe complications.

Female | 23
You might have a disorder called menorrhagia, that is having heavy periods with clots. This problem may be due to hormonal imbalances or issues with the uterus. The heavy bleeding and clots you experienced may have caused some disturbances in your normal menstrual cycle. Consulting a doctor is essential for further evaluation and management. Treatments including hormonal therapy and procedures to deal with heavy bleeding can be the options that these doctors will mention to you.

You should remember that paying a visit to an I-pill clinic disturbs the regularity of menstrual cycles. I urge you to visit a gynecologist who can help you decide on the correct expected menstrual date and also recommend the appropriate contraception methods.
