Will my period return after one month post D&C?
Is there any chance after complete one month of d&c my periods still not there
Gynecologist/Obstetrician
Answered on 3rd July '24
Yes, the periods could be delayed following a D&C procedure. On account of hormone changes or your body adapting to the new condition, this would be the case. Stress and anxiety may be the contributing factors to late periods as well. If your period does not come within a few more weeks, consult a gynecologist for guidance.

So i explain full incident. That I'm unmarried Not breaking my hymen 2 days before my periods i met my bf and do so romance. During romance he put finger on my vagina tip very first time. And i feel pain he dont even insert the fingr into me. And he dont ejaculate that time. Only precum are leak his penis. And we worried that he touch my vagina with that hand he masturbate his self.
Female | 26
Pain in your vagina, after your boyfriend touched it with his finger, could be due to irritation or a small tear. The pre-ejaculate fluid he had on his hand doesn’t typically contain sperm but still can carry some risk of pregnancy or infection. It’s important to always practice safe behaviors and consider using protection to prevent any unwanted outcomes.

I have PCOS I have been taking the krimson 35 tablet for past 3 days but yesterday I forgot to take it.what happens?? Should I stop or continue
Female | 25
No big deal if you skipped your Krimson 35 pill yesterday. Just carry on taking it as normal today. Missing one dose is generally not a major issue with this medicine. If you've missed more than one dose or notice any strange symptoms, let your gynecologist know.

My name is amina I m 40 years old having 14 years of married life I have only one child but further I couldn't conceive now I have hemorrhagic cysts both ovaries I feel sever sharp pain in lower abdomen can't bear what you suggest treatment is surgery or through medicine???plz guide me
Female | 49
The size and intensity of the cysts determine the course of treatment. In case the cysts are large or causing too much pain, surgery might be necessary. However, smaller cysts can sometimes be managed by taking drugs that reduce pain and monitoring them for growth over time. It would be best for you to visit a gynecologist who will carry out a thorough assessment and come up with a treatment plan that is tailored to your specific case.

I had unprotected sex on 6th oct then next day I took I pill tablet on 7th oct on 13th oct I got withdrawal bleeding and stop on 16th oct and Today is 14th nov still not get period why??
Female | 23
I-pill is not 100% effective and has side effects involving changes in menstrual cycles. I-pill often causes delayed periods as a side effect. I would advise seeking the opinion of a gynecologist for consultation and evaluation to exclude other latent conditions.

I had protected sex on 4feb and condom didn't break and 28 was my period date on 2march I got light bleeding and 3rd and 4th March flow was there is there any chance of pregnancy or not
Female | 24
Sometimes, light bleeding around menstruation can happen due to implantation. This is when a fertilized egg attaches to the uterus lining. Not everyone experiences implantation bleeding, but it's possible. No need to worry excessively. However, if uncertain, take a pregnancy test for reassurance. Stress also impacts menstrual cycles.

Suddenly periods came within 15 days for my mother and having overflow and more backpain
Female | 46
This may be due to hormonal imbalance, stress, or even possibly some other health issues. Your mom should rest, put the heating pad on, and consume foods high in iron like spinach. Physicians generally do this by using personalized medicine that can treat the causes of the problem rather than just symptoms. But, if time goes by and the situation has not improved, you should consult your gynecologist.

Female | 17
Sometimes, women see little drops of milk coming from their breasts when pregnant. Because of the changes in your hormones, it is so. Do not be afraid. Normally, this phenomenon is not a problem for your baby. You can put on breast pads in your bra if you are concerned or feel uncomfortable so that things will be in order.

I have recently had unprotected sex thrice. I also consumed ipill all those times the next morning itself. The last time I had unprotected sex was on 15th May and ipill on 16th may morning. Past 2-3 days I have been getting very bad cramps in my lower abdomen and I'm bleeding (spotting) blood clots. I have PCOD and I do not get my periods. I get it very rarely, twice or thrice in a year. I don't remember my last period date. Are these the side effects of the ipill or are there any chances of pregnancy/miscarriage?
Female | 23
The cramps and bleeding with blood clots might be caused by the ipill. It can change menstrual bleeding at times. However, because your periods are irregular and you have polycystic ovarian syndrome, other possible reasons should not be left out. These signs could also result from hormonal variations or maybe pregnancy is on the way. See a gynecologist who will help find out what these mean.

I'm unsure if my tampon came out or is stuck too far up. I can't feel anything but I know I didn't take it out. What should I do?
Female | 30
If you're uncertain about your tampon, try to gently feel for the string. If you can't locate it or are still unsure, see a healthcare professional promptly for an examination. Avoid attempting removal without guidance to prevent complications.
