Is there treatments or cure to AVM? He encounters seizures often

Answered on 23rd May '24

There are treatment options available to manage the conditions, like surgery, endovascular embolization, radiosurgery, or observation. Seizures, a common complication, can be controlled with medication. Consult a neurosurgeon or a neurologist near you.

I have sleep disorder, and an underlying diagnosis of Myasthenia Gravis. Also, have Nasal septum slight deviation, and turbinate hypertrophy. Have not been able to sleep for more than an hour or 2, for past 3-4 months. Have been told to do Sleep study, but I have anxiety with putting cords or mask, so couldn't even do a Sleep study due to Nasal cannula requirement. Also, I feel difficulty breathing in flat position, and usually because of that fear, haven't laid flat in past 2-3 months. How should I go about solving this issue? Where to start?

Female | 77

It's normal to feel anxious about a sleep study. Your symptoms could be related to Myasthenia Gravis or a nasal issue, especially if you have trouble breathing when lying flat. Good sleep is vital for your health, so share your concerns with your healthcare team. They may suggest alternatives like home sleep tests or other ways to improve your sleep. Identifying the cause of your sleep problems is key to finding the right solution for you.

I have a head pain past 1 year what can i do

Male | 18

Creative tension, lack of rest, or even strained eyes could cause headaches. You should visit a doctor who will check to see if there is something serious and give you ways to reduce the pain.

I’m 25 year old men, I have fever & feeling something is stuck in my front neck plus I have finger numbness and chest stiffness

Male | 25

The rise in temperature with the sensation that something is lodged in your throat may be an infection or an inflamed area within it. On the other hand, having your fingers get numb while experiencing tightness around the chest could also imply bad blood flow or nerve-related issues. You must take a break, drink a lot of water, and see a doctor so you can receive proper medication.

Head pain problems back said too painful my self

Male | 36

Your head hurts and your back too. This can be a result of nervousness, worry, and you might not even notice your sitting or looking at a screen. Give yourself time to walk around, stretch, and perform relaxation methods. You can also apply a warm compress to the painful areas and exercise walking Somewhat slow, easy walking, and jogging are also good for the body. And if the pain is still there, let a specialist examine it.

i am 20 years old female i am having twitching on left brain above ear and its been 3 days its happening

Female | 20

Twitching can be attributed to a lot of different things such as stress, being overworked, or too much coffee. At other times, the cause may be the nerve ability of the body. Make sure you sleep, eat healthfully, and drink enough water. You may wish to tell your medical provider that you are sleeping badly for this issue to be listed on your consultation form and assessed appropriately.

‏Hello doctor، I got an illness 12 months ago because of a pain in my neck، then my hands stopped moving and then I couldn't walk، then I lost my breathing، I was on a ventilator for 3 months، after 2 months I got better، my legs started moving but I took a pill and my legs it was disabled ، my arm is bent and now I'm fine at home but my legs don't work، I can't walk. I'm in Kurdistan and the doctors are hesitant. I have a disease that many people say is Gillian Barry syndrome or Myelitis, should I come out of the country or Europe, it's good for me?, thank you.

Male | 15

The signs of your disease, such as immobility and the respiratory issues, imply the development of an autoimmune condition such as Guillain-Barre or myelitis. It's necessary to visit a specialist and get suitable drugs. If the domestic health institutions do not want to take that risk, you may go for care abroad where you can find special rehabilitation centers. Make sure to seek advice and assistance from the doctors who treat you as well as get any therapy you need.

I am 13 year old female and I have a headache and nausea. It started in the evening I cried after that I felt dizzy. I slept and when I woke up I was dizzy and nauseous. Do you know why it is like that?

Female | 13

Feeling headaches and nausea could be from several reasons. You might get this when you’re very upset or stressed because you’ve been crying a lot. Being lightheaded might also make someone feel like throwing up. Perhaps you twisted oddly in sleep or didn’t have enough to drink yesterday. Try lying down in a quiet room for some time; have a glassful of water and eat something small if possible.

i have a headache in front and back side

Female | 17

Stress, dehydration, or eye strain usually cause headaches in the front and back. On rare occasions, sleeping poorly may also be responsible for this kind of headache. Drink water, rest in a calm place, or take a short break from screens, and you will feel better.
