It just sperms injected on top layer of my vagina just for one time is it possible to get a pregnancy because I missed my periods since two months but in test it's showing negative

I was having non stop periods so I went to d hospital for scan it's says it's imbalance hormone so I was treated then and my period comes back to normal so it's starting again dis morning I went back I was given injection and parlodel but it's been 7 days now d bleeding doesn't stop which drugs can I take to stop d bleeding

Do ipill delay periods? How effective is an ipill tablet when taken between 48-72 hours? And for how long can they delay periods and when should I opt for a preg. Test? After sex, she got her periods after 3-4 days (for 3 days which is normal in her case) and they were painless this time with clots. Was that the withdrawal bleeding?
