Can Eating the Fruit of the Kaner Tree Cause Death?
Kya kaner ka ek fal khane se death ho sakti he
General Physician
Answered on 23rd May '24
No, I suppose that one accidentally eating a piece of a kaner (oleander) fruit is not very likely to kill. Yet, it is a very poisonous plant and any of its parts will cause very severe symptoms e.g. vomiting, diarrhea, abnormal heartbeat, or even death. If you or somebody associated with you accidentally partakes in the substance of the plant kaner, then first aid treatment is a must. Please see a gastroenterologist or go to the emergency room as early as possible.

10 days ago I started having diarrhea and cramps, I couldn’t explain why because I was careful with what I ate. During the first days it was bad I had to wake up early in the morning to go to the toilet. On 7th day I started doing the following: - drinking a lot of mint tea - taking 5 drops of liquid propolis every day - took a teaspoon of cocoa raw once - ate toast and bananas and soup and rice only - no sugar for 2 days - taking one Imodium once a day Now it is the 10th day since I have this problem. Compared to the beginning, I no longer have diarrhea that wakes me up. I only feel the need to go once a day but the stool is still a little too soft. The main issue is the stomach ache and cramps which seem to be stronger than in the beginning. Nauseous in the morning after eating breakfast but didn’t throw up. Otherwise I feel fine - full energy, no weakness, no dehydration. If it’s worth mentioning I have an irregular sleep schedule where I sleep at 4-5 AM and wake up around noon every day (still 7+ hours of sleep) I noticed that before this issue started, I did the following things the day before: - started eating sunflower seeds - started taking vitamin D - ate persimmons for the first time this year - ate Cadbury chocolate for the first time I stopped all of them on my 7th day

Pain in hands and feet, headache along with nausea. High fever occurs when the pain becomes extreme. After taking medicine, it gets better for three or four days. But after five or six days, the fever comes again like this. It has been going on for months. Have seen doctor many times. But result is same. I suffered from typhoid fever like this for the past few years. It got cured after using high antibiotics. But after six months or a year it relapsed. What should I do in this situation? And please prescribe suitable madicine.
Male | 36
Based on your symptoms and medical history, it is likely you are having a problem called chronic typhoid fever, where the infection keeps coming back. This might be the case if the initial infection was not completely treated or if there is a carrier state. You may need to take longer antibiotics or other medicines. It is necessary to consult a specialist for additional examination and medication adjustment.

The hot bath and Preparation H cream you are using may provide some relief but you should be aware that bleeding is not a usual cause of hemorrhoids.
