Hello doctor, I have pcos since 2 years and my periods was irregular so I am taking Ayurveda medication and now since 3 months it is regular however the periods are getting prolonged for few days. I was recently diagnosed with with endometritis and have been on both levofloxacin and metronidazole however, neither medication has worked. I still experience pain and bleeding. I have done an ultrasound which came back clear and also tested my urine which showed that there were crystals found.
