You have been encountering certain problems with menstrual cycles then all over an abrupt attack of dizziness happened to you. Menstrual cycles may be disturbed by hormonal imbalances, stress, or underlying health issues. The inner ear diseases for instance cervical vertigo or sudden change in position can bring about vertigo. It is advisable to take a lot of water and avoid sudden movements. You can also seek advice from a gynecologist so that he can examine you more for treatment.

hi,my mom, who is 55, experienced menopause a decade ago. However, she has recently noticed some unexpected bleeding. I thought menopause meant no more periods. Why is she bleeding after 10 years of menopause? Should we be concerned, and what should we do about it?

Female | 55

An abnormal vaginal bleed after menopause could indicate the presence of uterine cancer or endometrial hyperplasia and hormonal imbalance. I recommend that your mother consult a gynecologist immediately. A gynecological oncologist is a specialist who can diagnose her in more detail and prescribe treatment if necessary.

Female | 19

You are concerned about preventing pregnancy after one month. If you're afraid it will happen, then the best way to prevent it is to use emergency contraception. My period was due on November 4th And never showed.. it still wasn’t around by the 4th. so I had unprotected sex for the first time. And now I’m worried and don’t know what to do if my period doesn’t show up.

Female | 16

It is necessary to take a pregnancy test if you had unprotected sexual intercourse and the delay of your period occurs. While a negative result and the absence of your period require an additional check with consulting either gynecologists or obstetricians. They can determine if there is an underlying condition responsible for the delay and offer adequate treatment
