Headaches & fever in your daughter could be due to physical illness, tension, stress, or anxiety. Depression also causes headaches and fever, but it's usually accompanied by other symptoms, such as low mood, disrupted sleep, loss of interest, and other physical and mental signs. Consult your  nearest doctor for evaluation.

Before i did not had any sleep issues but from few weeks i cant fall asleep i close my eyes and i am still awake and i do exercise for sleeping that too i cant sleep

Female | 15 years

Factors such as stress, changes in routine, or anxiety can contribute to this challenge. Establishing a calming bedtime routine may help, such as reducing screen time before bed and creating a comfortable sleep environment. Techniques like relaxation exercises or mindfulness can also be beneficial. If these strategies don't improve your situation within a few weeks, consider reaching out to a healthcare professional. They can provide further insights and tailored solutions to support your sleep health effectively.

Hi, my name is aiden i am 14 years old and I've been wondering if there something wrong with me when i lay down on my chest i find it a lil hard to breathe sometimes i wonder if its axizety or i might be overthinking but other then that ive been having axizety making it hard for me to sleep and i just feels like my eyes are close but im not getting any sleep what should i do

Male | 14

When you lay on your chest and it feels hard to get air in, that could be from anxiety. Anxiety also makes it difficult for people to sleep well at night.  You can learn how to control your breathing when talking about it with them and other ways of calming down too if they know about it. Try doing things before going to bed like making a routine so that every time before sleep you will make sure that you get into bed more easily also practice good habits around sleep like not watching any screens an hour before bedtime because they keep awake longer which means fewer hours spent resting. If these symptoms stay or get worse then maybe it's time to see the doctor and tell them what’s been happening.

I m 14 year having no interest in studies forgot what learned

Male | 14

Teenagers often may not like some kinds of studying because it seems they have no interest in some subjects. It's similar to our emotions can be weakened or lost by outside forces such as being overwhelmed, demotivated, or distracted. Forgetting what you have learned can indicate that you are stressed or overwhelmed with many things in your head. You need to find time to unwind, practice self-discipline, and communicate your needs to someone if this happens to you. Appreciate that being involved in your studies is important but take time to relax and take care of yourself by knowing that it's okay to need help from others whenever you are in trouble.

I have faced such symptoms from a very long time fear of judgement, fear of rejection , external validation, confusion in decision making , impatient, always have an unknown fear if I say no or want to break a promise with others they become defensive with me I know this fear is not practical but jesa hua bhi nahi hota woh situation dimag m khud bna kr usse darna ki esa na ho jaye , overthinking ,Try to escape from the situations Previous history In my early adolescence mere forehead k beecho beech ek patake ka barud lag gya tha jisse bahut bleeding hui later mujhe kafi mahino tk sir dard bna rha meri eyesight weak ho gyi ek saal baad or dard kabhi kabhi abhi bhi ho jata hai Current situation mujhe lgta h m bahut si baate bhul rhi hu jo abhi hui h ya phele Mujhe doubt h ki ye sb symptoms kis wajah se h

Female | 22

Your fear of being judged, rejected, and overthinking can be symptoms of anxiety. The head injury that you had in your adolescent period may also be linked to your headaches and memory issues now. Of course, speaking with a mental health professional is the best way to get help, but you also might want to see a neurologist for your head injury.

Actually I am unable to sleep properly at night. Even I sleep a night properly after 4-5 sleepless nights.

Female | 23

It is critical to know the underpinning of your lack of sleep. Sleep loss can be caused by factors such as stress, anxiety, depression, and medical conditions. It is recommended you see a psychiatrist to identify and eliminate the sleeping problem's primary reason.

Insomnia may be the result of stress, anxiety, or even lifestyle problems. A calming pre-bedtime ritual or other relaxing techniques should be established. Stay away from caffeine and electrical devices before sleeping.

I took herbal medicine and I have been hallucinating

Female | 32

Hallucinations can be a sign of many underlying conditions I suggest that you go to psychologist as soon as possible in order to find out the cause of your hallucinations. You need to give thorough medical history to the doctor in order to help with the diagnosis. Do not medicate yourself. Instead, seek professional help.
