It sounds like you are experiencing symptoms of emotional distress, such as irritation, lack of motivation, and difficulty connecting with others. These feelings can stem from stress, life changes, or substance use. It's essential to address them constructively. Consider engaging in regular physical activity, practicing mindfulness, or establishing a daily routine to provide structure. Communicating openly with your wife may also help. I encourage you to consult a psychiatrist who can provide tailored support and guidance.

These issues can arise from various sources, including stress, unresolved emotions, or life changes. Symptoms might involve irritability, difficulty in relationships, or a decrease in sexual desire. Addressing these concerns begins with self-reflection and open communication with trusted individuals. Engaging in relaxation techniques, physical activity, or counseling can also be beneficial. I am 31 year old living alone abroad. I am working here and going through a phase of getting married. I have had previous short term relationships. My fiance is living in India and will be moving with me after marriage. The biggest struggle these days is getting flashbacks of the good days from previous relationships and not liking many things of my Fiance. Since the recent past, I'm having multiple panic attacks and want to cry (somehow not able to cry). Also, I am getting suicidal thoughts which was never the case before. Sometimes I also imagine completely disappearing and start a life somewhere with new Identity and losing all the contacts with family and friends.

I mixed amitriptyline and zolax sr 0.5 im scared

Male | 23

Amitrip and zolax sr 0.5 can make the outcome rather risky. You might feel symptoms like drowsiness, dizziness, confusion, and also have coordination issues. It happens because of both medical specialties that affect the brain. Seeking medical help should be the first priority if you have any of these symptoms noticed.

I have taken unwanted 72 pill yesterday. For avoiding unwanted pregnancy I'm patient of depression my antidepressants medicine are lithosun sr, lonazep, olimelt, aripmt . I daily take these antidepressants but yesterday not and till now . Does antidepressants reduce the effectiveness of unwanted 72. Will I get pregnant? I'm worried

Female | 21

In general, the impact of the 72-hour pill on the efficiency of antidepressants is not that significant. If used in the recommended time frame, it is meant to work against getting pregnant. However, skipping your antidepressant doses may lead to your general well-being. Pay attention to any strange signs or emotional changes. If you go through persistent anxiety or if you have other concerns, see your healthcare provider for specifically tailored advice, and they can also help both your mental health and contraceptive requirements.

Hi, I got prescribed sertraline 50mg and wanted to start treatment. However, I took St John’s wort 3 days ago. Is this safe for me to start sertraline treatment tomorrow?

Female | 22

Sertraline helps with depression and anxiety. St. John's Wort is an herb that doesn't mix well with sertraline. Together, they could cause serotonin syndrome - symptoms like confusion, fast heartbeat, and high blood pressure. It's better to wait 2 weeks after stopping St. John's Wort before starting sertraline. This prevents any issues from occurring.

It's understandable to feel overwhelmed by your symptoms, which may include anxiety, brain fog, and vision changes. These can arise from various factors, including stress, dietary issues, or underlying health conditions. It’s important to consider lifestyle adjustments, such as proper hydration, nutritious meals, and regular physical activity, which can enhance your overall well-being. Practicing mindfulness or relaxation techniques might help ease stress. However, since your symptoms have persisted, I strongly recommend consulting a healthcare professional. They can conduct a thorough evaluation and provide personalized guidance to help you on your path to recovery.

I am facing general depression issues , due to my stressed lifestyle at the moment. Do I need to speak with a psychiatrist?

Female | 50

One should consult a psychiatrist or counsellor for proper diagnosis and further treatment, i.e. you have depression or bipolar disorder, as treatment and outcome is different for both disorders, however let the psychiatrist decide what medications to take as per you r psychological condition, and have never personally used glutathione in bipolar.

My friend suffering from following problem 1 if family member not talking politely or net & clean way then she crying too much 2. After that talking with herself ( I am positive, everyone talking with me polite, all is well, ok etc) 3.crying too much, closes her eye, sleeping on floor, pain in her left side chest, stomach sounding very fast like gad gad, plam light bluish

Female | 26

Your friend is having a hard time dealing with stress and experiencing emotional troubles, which in turn, are causing physical problems. She might be crying, talking to herself, and feeling a sharp pain in her chest, which is a clear indication of stress and anxiety. The noises in the stomach and blueish palms may be the first signs of a high pulse rate and lack of normal blood circulation. Advice her to speak to someone she trusts and make deep breathing a habit, and have her try relaxation techniques to minimize stress.

I recently found out I am pregnant. I am currently on antidepressants (50mg quetiapine, 150m Lamotrigine and 20mg escitalopram) should I be worried about the baby's development. I also had a miscarriage before, what can I do to keep baby healthy, are there recommendations for supplements

Female | 33

Pregnant women should have normal worries when carrying a baby after a miscarriage. The medications you've been prescribed can influence the development of your baby but quitting them too quickly can also be dangerous. This is the reason why it is vital to discuss this with your doctor. To promote your child's health, eat healthy foods and take prenatal vitamins, especially folic acid.
