I have recently had unprotected sex thrice. I also consumed ipill all those times the next morning itself. The last time I had unprotected sex was on 15th May and ipill on 16th may morning. Past 2-3 days I have been getting very bad cramps in my lower abdomen and I'm bleeding (spotting) blood clots. I have PCOD and I do not get my periods. I get it very rarely, twice or thrice in a year. I don't remember my last period date. Are these the side effects of the ipill or are there any chances of pregnancy/miscarriage?

UTIs can cause pain in lower abdomen..... Get tested!! and treated.
RASH could be unrelated or a side effect of medication.

I am 28 days late on my period and my cycle is normally regular. I was meant to get my period around 1 August. My last period was around 1-6 July. I had intercourse on 20 and 21 July. 2 weeks ago, I had period-like pain and took a Clear Blue test. It came back negative. This was 17 August and I had some light spotting (brown and then red), but it was only when I wiped myself. Nothing more. Then on 20 August, I took another test, this time a digital Clear Blue one, it was also negative. Then 23 August, I took another and it was negative. It was a generic Dischem test. Then 24 August, I took another Clear Blue test and it was negative. On 26 August, I had some breast pain and tummy discomfort that felt like light tummy bug. I took 2 tests at different times - one Generic test from a chemist and one Safecare bio-tech rapid response. Both negative. On 28 August, I just took another test, it was another Safecare rapid response. Also negative. So far, I have taken 7 tests, all negative.

The first day of my last period was April 1st and my expected ovulation date was April 17th. I had sex on the 13th/14th and took plan B in the morning of the 14th; I had sex again on the 19th/20th and took plan B on the morning of the 20th and I had sex on the 28th and took the plan B immediately. I am not on any contraceptive medication and my partner pulled out before ejaculating - so he said. I washed up immediately and took the pills. My period is late now and I don’t want to be pregnant. I have take about 6 pregnancy test and they were all negative, not even a faint line of positive which is relieve. But my period is a day late and I’m worried.
