Since your father has been experiencing burning micturition for a month and has already taken multiple antibiotics without relief, it's important to consult a urologist. A specialist can perform the necessary tests to identify the cause and recommend appropriate treatment. Please visit a urologist as soon as possible for a thorough evaluation and proper care.

I’ve had a chronic UTI for over a year all my test come back normal, antibiotics work for about a week or 2 then I get a uti infection again followed by a yeast infection. I’ve been on antibiotics for the past year every month I’ve had a flare, my blood work is good, but prolactin levels are at 24-33, could there be any correlation? I wipe correctly, wear cotton underwear I do it all… one time I had no uti symptoms except for a fever I went to the emergency room and I had a uti once again I was on the verge of septic shock 4 weeks later I had another uti and so on, a week ago again every month, the doctor seems confused and the gynecologist didn’t find anything. The kidney doctor didn’t either, my white blood cells are fine, what else could I ask to her checked ?
Female | 35
Your tests are normal, yet you experience symptoms, so speak to your healthcare provider and ask about the prospect of further evaluations. You can ask them if cultures for specific bacteria or other potential causes like interstitial cystitis, bladder issues, or anatomical abnormalities should be performed. Prolactin levels may not be a direct cause of UTIs, however, it's worth discussing with your doctor. Furthermore, the introduction of probiotics will help win the war over flora and will make yeast infection less likely to occur. Bringing in a specialist in chronic pelvic pain or a urologist who is familiar with recurrent UTIs can help you explore less conventional routes to avoiding and managing this condition.

It is generally safe, but some discomfort or pain during the procedure can occur. Discuss your concerns with your surgeon beforehand. Alternatives like the no-scalpel technique may offer less discomfort. Consult with a doctor for specific guidance and pain management options.

I was tired after studying for many hours, I don't know when and how I fell asleep. I was sleeping in a very weird position (on side), I pressed my legs against each other and my hand between them without knowing and they were on one of the testicle which led to stoppage of blood supply in one testicle (maybe that happened), I woke up after 3 or 3.5 hours, moved my legs and felt so much pain in the one testicle and after that I think the blood supply started again and pain went away slowly. This happened yesterday and there is no pain in that area now. I'm scared, should I get checked? Please reply fast as I'm panicking right now.
Male | 19
When testicles lose blood supply, it results in severe discomfort. For you, it seems moving relieved pressure, restoring flow. Monitor for any lingering aches or changes, but you should recover fully now. However, if concerns arise, don't delay reaching out to a urologist.

Male | 26
Urethritis is a condition where the pee tube gets irritated. It can cause painful peeing. Multiple trickles of pee might happen too. Masturbating likely irritates it more. Drink lots of water. Avoid spicy foods and other irritants. Give yourself a break from masturbating. See if things improve. If not, you may need to see a urologist. They can help further.

after pyeloplasty surgery hydronephrosis patients can masturbates any problems?
Male | 26
The period after pyeloplasty is usually OK to do most of the normal things such as having sex, bathing, or the like. You should only go back to your activities if you are sure that you feel well and have gotten a ''go-ahead'' from your doctor. The side effects you may develop following the post-surgery are pain, swelling, or different types of urination. The risk of hydronephrosis increases due to diverse causes. If you notice any abnormal symptoms, it is advisable to seek the opinion of an urologist. They will customize advice to you for a specific recovery process.

accidentally received a mild blow to my testicular area, causing immediate pain. However, afterward, I noticed that my erections became slow, weak, and less enduring. Could the blow be the cause, considering it wasn't severe
Male | 35
For sure, the testicular area, which is delicate, is affected by the mild blow that breaks blood vessels and the nerves that supply the penis with blood. It would cause erectile failure. A visit to a urologist should be a consideration for evaluation and treatment.

Hi I'm chandan from India iam water intake 2 litere per day my urine output 24 hour 200 ml my urine output very low caln you solution my test report normal
Male | 43
A low output of urine of around 200ml in 24 hours is not considered normal. It may be due to dehydration, kidney problems, or medications. Additionally, try to consume three to four liters of water per day. Eat water pouches as fruits and vegetables in your diet. If the challenge is still the same, kindly consult a urologist for proper evaluation and treatment.

Male | 43
Properly addressing that the pain/soreness and a lump in the testicle can be due to so many reasons is essential. Sometimes, it could be an indifferent fluid-filled tumor but testicular cancer should be ruled out along with the others. In any case, it's essential to have a urologist check it out promptly so they can provide the appropriate treatment.

I did 200 sit-ups, now my testicles are feeling like uncomfortable and sensitive. What shall I do now?
Male | 20
It's normal to feel TESTICULAR discomfort after sit-ups.. It's due to increased intra-abdominal pressure.. The pain should go away in a few hours. If it persists, apply an ice pack on the area for 20 minutes.. Take over-the-counter pain relievers, if the pain is severe.. If you notice swelling or REDNESS, seek medical attention.. Remember to breathe out during the sit-up's exertion phase.. Avoid holding your breath.

Bleeding from the penis during intercourse can result from a skin tear or a ruptured blood vessel. While it may seem alarming, especially if blood appears during urination, it's important to seek medical attention right away. Though often a minor injury, a doctor's evaluation is crucial to rule out any serious issues. A visit to a urologist will help identify the cause and provide the right treatment.

Can epididymitis go away for itself?
Male | 20
Epididymitis may resolve on its own, especially when caused by a nonbacterial factor like a viral infection. This condition can lead to pain, swelling, and discoloration of the scrotum. Bacterial infections are the primary cause, followed by sexually transmitted infections. At the first sign of suspected epididymitis, seek medical advice from an urologist for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment, which may include antibiotics.

Due to high masturbation I have a problem milk in urine how I recover from this problem
Male | 28
It’s not unusual for people to be concerned when they notice changes in their urine. If your pee looks like milk, it might be because of something called spermatorrhea, which can result from frequent masturbation. Some of the symptoms may include having creamy urine. The causes are usually related to the overstimulation of certain glands in the body. To get better you should cut down on how often you masturbate and drink plenty of fluids. If the problem persists then seek further advice from a urologist.
