You may be dealing with stress and thoracic outlet syndrome. This happens when nerves or blood vessels near your neck and shoulder get pinched, causing pain and foggy thinking. Stress and repetitive movements worsen it. Take breaks and do gentle stretches. Try relaxing activities too.

A sudden drop in blood pressure, especially to a level as low as 20, is a medical emergency that requires immediate attention. It can lead to less blood flow to vital organs, including the brain, and result in symptoms such as loss of consciousness and difficulty moving. These are serious symptoms pls don't ignore those. Your neurologist and their hospital team can guide you with treatment.

Had a blood patch on Wednesday for a CSF leak, having now what I would call rebound headaches any advise please
Male | 42
Rebound headaches are common after treating CSF leaks. They occur when the brain becomes accustomed to painkillers and protests when they wear off. To deal with them, try not to overuse pain medicines. Reduce their intake gradually, keep yourself hydrated, and maintain a regular sleep pattern. If they persist, seek further advice from a neurologist.

Please I'm 20 years old, please I've been experiencing severe dizziness these days and I don't know what is causing that. It actually started last 2 years but when it comes and I relax on bed it'll suddenly go itself but since Wednesday 5th June, 2025 till now it's not going no matter how long I rest it's still not going and I don't know the cause. Please is there anything I must know
Male | 20
Dizziness is often caused by things like not drinking enough water, having low blood sugar, problems with the inner ear, or even just feeling stressed out. It might be best if this has been happening for some time to go and see a doctor. The appointment would be with a healthcare provider who can know why you feel dizzy and will treat you.

I am 17 year old female,I am having this constant achey pain on the side of the temple and the left side of my middle of the head. These pains are not felt by me unless I press on them . I also have a neck pain, shoulder pain and back pain, with dizziness and fatigue.
Female | 17
If you wake up in the morning with a dull ache running from your temples and shoulders down to your back, accompanied by dizziness and tiredness, you might have tension headaches. These headaches are often caused by stress, poor posture, and eye strain. Meditation and yoga can help, along with checking your posture, taking short breaks from screen time, and getting enough sleep at night. If the symptoms persist, make an appointment to discuss your condition with a neurologist.

I’m 28 years old female..I have this right side temple and eye pain…it comes and goes..a dull pain..im a shortsighted person..can it be due to my sight problem or could it be a sinus problem??

The pain in your right temple and eye could be due to your shortsightedness, as eye strain can cause headaches. However, it could also be related to sinus issues. I recommend visiting an ophthalmologist to check your vision and an ENT specialist to rule out sinus problems.

I recommend taking the medication as prescribed to you by your doctor. But if you experience any side effects from it or want to go for some other treatment, you can talk to your neurologist. He will suggest some other treatments based on your condition like lifestyle changes, CBT or acupuncture etc. Also, follow-ups is must.

I'm 17 years old. I'm having sleep problems.i can't sleep properly in night, it's almost took me 2 hours to sleep even after closing my eyes. And in day time , my eyes started to burning
Female | 17
Seems like you might have insomnia, that is the inability to fall asleep or stay asleep. If you can’t fall asleep at night this can cause tired eyes that burn all day long. Stress, caffeine and use of screens before bedtime are some common reasons why teenagers suffer from this condition. Establishing a night time routine, avoiding caffeine and switching off the screens before going to bed may help improve your sleeping patterns.

I'm 21 years old and I take the 2 capsule of the vitamin e 400g and I didn't sleep well and my brain is too much heavy
Male | 21
Seems that insomnia and the sensation that your brain is heavy might have appeared after you consumed two 400mg Vitamin E capsules. The reason is that Vitamin E overdose suppresses the nervous system and symptoms like insomnia which may be accompanied by feelings of confusion. Get enough hydration, eat well, and stay away from Vitamin E.

Seizures make one's body jerk or stiffen. They occur for varied reasons like epilepsy or fevers. Epilepsy is a condition that may lead to seizures in some instances. An MRI exam helps doctors examine the brain closely. Working closely with a neurologist is crucial to developing an optimal treatment strategy for her well-being, despite the challenges her situation presents initially.

I’m 21 year old female the last 5 days my body’s felt like it’s floating and I’m having brain fog and blurry vision
Female | 21
Many things could cause you to feel like you’re floating, have brain fog, or experience blurry vision. For example, this might happen if you’re dehydrated, haven’t slept enough, or are stressed out. So my advice would be to try drinking more water, getting some rest, and taking a little time off to relax. If none of these help and the symptoms persist then I think you should see your neurologist about it.

i hit my head three months ago. it was bleeding and i went to the hospital. they did a CAT scan, said no bleeding on the brain, it was deep but no stitches and no sign of concussion. Now three months later i have tenderness and pain where i hit my head
Male | 73
After an impact to the head, some lingering discomfort and tenderness is quite typical. This could stem from a small patch of scar tissue forming at the injury site. Applying cold packs and taking pain medication can provide relief. However, if the pain persists or intensifies, consulting a neurologist would be advisable for further assessment.
