Why do I have a year-long headache?

My name is Ashish. I have a headache since last 1 year due to which my daily routine gets disturbed or my body remains sluggish all the time.

Some of the things that can cause daily headaches are stress, sleep deprivation, and poor diet. Drinking enough water, getting regular sleep, and learning how to deal with stress healthily are all important for our health. If the headache does not improve, it would be wise to consult a neurologist for more treatment.

My 6 year old son has recently started some strange eye movements.

Male | 6

It sounds like your son might be experiencing an eye movement disorder, which could be a sign of a neurological issue. I recommend taking him to a pediatric neurologist as soon as possible to get a proper diagnosis and treatment.

Your friend could be having a panic attack. A state where the person has rapid breathing, cold hands and feet, sweaty palms, and feeling unable to move is the most common one during a panic attack. The reasons may be different but the stress or anxiety stage is often the cause. Advise your friend to breathe slowly and deeply to stay calm and composed. Offer them strong reassurance and be a steady presence to help them through it.

How to recover from paralysis

Male | 68

Being unable to move a part of the body is what paralysis is all about. It can be caused by different things such as strokes, injuries or diseases like MS. Common signs include loss of sensation and/or inability to move. Your comeback will depend on the cause; if it’s due, to, for instance, a stroke then one may recover quicker than expected but usually physical therapy is always recommended. In addition, healthy eating habits exercise, and keeping a positive mindset go a long way in aiding recovery.

Male | 75

Your dad is experiencing dizziness, even though his heart, ENT, and neurology tests were normal. For older adults, dizziness can be caused by many things, like inner ear issues or medication side effects. Discuss additional tests with his doctors to find the exact cause, so the right treatment can be given.

Female | 22

Your phenotypes of headaches, gum pain, fear of death, panic attacks, stomach problems, and headaches after eating could be connected. You could have a condition like migraines, anxiety, or a digestive issue. Get a doctor's opinion for the right diagnosis and treatment. In the meantime, try to eat regular meals, manage stress, and get plenty of rest.

I am having headache and feeling dizzy in the morning suggest something

Male | 23

These signs may arise from many different causes. One possible reason could be dehydration caused by not drinking enough water or inadequate sleep. In some cases, the morning headache can also be caused by breakfast skipping. Pay attention to your diet, include plenty of water and try to sleep well. When the symptoms do not go away, it is good to ask a doctor for help.

Hey, i have been using seroxat 20mg and rivotril 2 mg since march 2022 , I'm trying to stop it by reducing the amount by taking them one day and day off, but I'm feeling dizzy a lot and losing balance, how can i quit and how to reduce the effect of it.

Male | 26

Before making any changes to your medication, consult your doctor for advice. Suddenly stopping or reducing Seroxat and Rivotril can lead to withdrawal symptoms. . If you experience dizziness or balance issues during the process, inform your doctor right away.

Migraine through out day on and off

Male | 16

Yes, migraines can occur on and off throughout the day. Migraine attacks are characterized by severe headaches often accompanied by other symptoms like nausea, sensitivity to light, or aura. The duration and frequency of migraines vary among individuals, and some may experience multiple episodes in a day. If you're experiencing frequent or severe migraines, it's advisable to consult a healthcare professional for proper evaluation and management.
